Yep, purposely eliminated all three and the goal is to do so for 60-days total. Read something about "rebooting" yourself by abstaining from all three. It's "hard as hell" (no pun intended. Fuck it, pun intended! lol) but I'm trying to see if it works or not, the reboot that is. Sucks because I just started my cycle two weeks ago.
