New and need advice
ad
Hi. I'm brand new to all this.
I'm 32, 5ft4, 184lb (13st 2lb)
I'm following a macro controlled healthy eating regime and use an exercise bike 3 x 20mins a week.
I am looking at an aid to cutting in/ weight loss.
My partner suggested premabolan, but from what I have been reading anavar seems the better option to start.
Any advise would be greatly welcomed before I make any purchases.
Thank you in advance

I sort of read most of the answers below... Makwa is right .. you don't want to use these as fat burners, they most certainly are not .. stick with that diet, increase your cardio to five days no need to go all out you are looking to burn fat not increase cardio vascular endurance. every time you notice that you reach a state where nothing changes, change your diet, change up your cardio, what you do not want is for your body to adjust to what you are doing because that is when you flat line on progress
We are supporting you mate. Get that body fat down like you're doing, keep on top of your diet.
I wonder if your partner took out a life policy on you while he was at it
HIIT and Diet
Sorry I didn't come here for sarcasm. He said I don't need to take anything. But I asked him what he suggested... luckily for me he knew I wasn't looking for sarcasm
But thanks for your input anyway
A day may come when someone spells "regiment" correctly. But it is not this day.
What's your actual goal?
No need to be rude.
I am in England and here is the definition or REGIME....
a system or ordered way of doing things.
"detention centres with a very tough physical regime" .. but thanks for your input
lol good for you ... same word applies in the states ;-)
I never heard that definition of that word. That was my bad.
no worries Brooklyn ... learn something new every day ;-)
Bad idea bud. As said below these arent fat burners. A few years back I was able to drop 33lbs in 6 month buy using the elliptical machine and making changes in how I eat. There are no shortcuts. Even if you ran gear you still have to work your ass off. I tell my friends who are trying to shed weight to set a goal, ie: fit into a bikini or to be able to see abs and everytime you dont feel like excersicing or want a piece of cake think of your goal. Project ahead, think how guilty you will feel if you eat that cake or dont go to the gym. And I promise as soon as you start to see a little progress your confidence will go through the roof, you will want to keep that feeling going. Above all stay focused and positive. It is hard but it can be done. Poke around this site, there are tons of great food and training tips. Good luck bud
Thank you.
I have lost 9lb, but goal at the moment is at least 3stone.
Thanks for your help x
Ohhhhhh yes there are. They come with a price, though. I don't recommend them one bit.
Think of how guilty you'll feel for bringing up cake on a site where most people are cutting atm. Have some consideration! lol
Agreed on the shortcuts. And yea I guess I should be more mindful of those people, it can be tough and I would hate to be the instigator of their demise....ha! Maybe I will inspire a cheat meal though. Mmmmm cake.
Steroids aren't fat burners. You would be much better off hitting the bike at least 6x/wk and eventually working your way up to an hour per session.
Thank you c
Thats the correct answer no var or primo will help with weight loss. Working on the bike and possibly incorporating some weights might be good. You said that you are using a healthy macro diet. Im curious which diet you are using. High protien low carb low fat? Or something else?
It's not a specific diet I am following. My partner has dropped 4 stone in 5 months by calculating carbs, protein and fat, he has now done the same for me.
I will just continue working towards my goal. It sounds weird but sometimes just wish I could get some kind of boost as I have a tendency to fall back into bad habits
I completely understand 2yrs ago I was in the same place. I lost over 60 lb its a struggle but now that I have changed all my old habits to good new ones its not hard at all.
When I say good new ones thats really it. You have to make sure that you are eating meals you still can enjoy. My big bad habit was fast food. I cut that out and once in awhile I will eat food from a chain restaurant but now it would be Chipotle over McDonald's. I now just make sure that I cook everything I eat no more processed food just that helped me out so much.
You just have to find the way that works best for you and you should click on makwa picture then click forums and read everything he has written the guys stuff is great and was a big help when I first came here
Thank you x
I gave you a plus 1 for taking good advice from two very knowledgeable members.
