My girl friend would like to take her first Cycle. Any suggestion on a great cutting cycle? She is 5'8 155 and 23% BF. She would like to be around 14%. She eats pretty clean now but is going to go on a hard core diet to get lean. Any help or sites we should check out would be great help. Thanks

Diet.. no "cutting cycle" is going to strip that much fat of nor is gear meant to be used for weight loss.. Grrrl ;-)
56tooHi and welcome. Have her go to the "Ladies Lounge" in the forums section which u can access by clicking on "community" on the top bar then "forums" then LL. There is a plethora of info there just for women, diet, work outs,gear and a bunch of other stuff. Good luck to her
