So just two days ago my girl friend and training partners left boob started to feel pain around her implant when she lift’s. She says the pain is not in her muscle and she was doing dips the first time she felt it. Today while doing dumbbell flat bench press she felt it as well and the more weight she lifted the more uncomfortable it got. The implants are 8 years old. I would give you her stats but she would kill me. Does anybody have any experiences with this? Is this a medical issue? Thanks for you help.

On a similar topic... as a college athlete in the strength training program with a large bust I am familiar to non muscular chest pain. Never had surgical augmentation but I've often felt a sharp pain in the fattier tissues of the chest but never thought anything of it. It's not even during workout all the time - sometimes it comes on while laying in bed. I just ignore it.
Don't know if that helps anyone but I'm still alive and kicking...

You know I already told you that she needs to go the docs.. dips put a lot of stress on the upper pec and it is quite possible to tear some stuff up. Don't mess around with it, really go see a doc, that is the only way to be sure it isn't something very serious.

Well we both wanted to avoid the Doctors office and worse case scenario is that they tell us she needs new ones. Which we were going to do next year. And when here body fat got lower. She is really freaked out. The implants are the solid silicon so I am not worried about them popping just moving. But that is why I posted neither one of us have an idea on what happened.
I bet its nervewracking :( .

Dont trip dude. Its common for fakies to simply have scar tissue buildup etc. Benign issues. But never risk a deal like that.
