Cutting/diet help for wife
ad
My wife has been attempting to cut BF since January but it's been a slow frustrating process. she eats as clean as anyone I've seen and currently running winstrol 20mg ED and just added masteron 200mg twice weekly. She's adding good muscle but BF is not dropping.
Any ideas?

FAT LOSS & STEROIDS, CONFUSION?! - http://youtu.be/BxIPo-F0-IA
the best advice I can give not knowing her is that clean does not equal fat loss... is she carb cycling? what kind of carbs is she eating? get rid of all the starchy carbs .. exchange for greens and vegetables .. examine EVERYTHING for sugar.. and cut out all sugar training should probably change as well .. our bodies will quickly try to adapt and acheive balance so keeping it off balance is going to be key.
Why did she add mast? what is the purpose? has she used it before and how does she respond?
She has used var and retained a lot of of Fluid so she's looking to get lean and add good muscle.
I assume she was taking in enough salt and enough water ? cutting out all processed foods...
water isn't a bad thing it actually increases strength and assuming the water weight disappeared when she was off cycle what was the end result?
If you post her stats or have her create her own profile we'd be able to get her some better info. Do you know her current BF, weight, macros (if she counts), training schedule and past cycles?
Little Tiger is right, with women our bodies love fat. It will hold on to it for dear life. When I do a cut I step up my cardio to ED or EOD depending on my schedule. Also carido after weight training is best and/or fasted cardio.
She doesn't count but has been short on cardio. It's so much more difficult for you ladies. I can do 1000mg test per week and eat terrible and maintain a decent BF level.
There it is, up the cardio. I'm Doing 45min cardio 5 days a week it sucks but it works when your trying to cut bf %
I would have to agree with you. Cardio is the best way to cut. Have her do 45 min of cardio 5 days a week on empty stomach. That' s how its always worked best for me. Also have her switch up her cardio workout treadmill, elliptical, stairmill etc....
Preaching to the choir lol. For me counting and measure helps me make sure I'm eating enough and also not too much. I eat 7 small meals every two hours. No more than 4oz of meat at a serving (a BBing friend advised me of this rule for women)
Without knowing details I'd see if any improvements can be made on food intake and bump up cardio. I can't stand cardio but for cutting fat its a necessary evil. Also carb cycle works well. I do 3 no carbs than refeed and repeat.
Even too many clean calories for a women can stall fat loss. Does she track her calories? Is she doing any cardio?
