I’ve actually been on here years ago but you know how it is. Been gone so long I had to make a new account. So here we go with the intro.

I’m an iraq vet, personal trainer and nutritionist mainly for my own knowledge. I’ll help friends out but I’m not doing it full time. Been on the sauce for quite a while and used this site years and years ago to find some of my very first sources!
