First off I want to say hello from down south(USA) and to say thank you for this web site and all the input y'all put into this site. A little about me, I'm 36 and a single father. I'm 210lbs and 6'1" I'm my opinion I need to lean up and swell up, but not too much as I'm not a body builder. I was tested recently for low T and they put me on injections and that's how I found this great site, trying to educate my self.
