Hey Everyone,

Just a quick intro-
First, very excited to join. It’s refreshing to find such a community of like minded and goal oriented folks. This site is certainly a gem and I cannot wait to continue learning more and making new connections.

I’ve been lifting on and off for about 17 years. After a bad marriage & divorce, depression got the better of me for 8 of those years- the only saving grace was the gym. I’ve been clear of that mess now for about 2 years. In a much better place. I’m a student of the game and love the research opportunity on this site- so much real and valuable information. Big fan of the golden era and enjoy learning about their lifestyle happens and supplementation from that time. Currently mid my second supplementation cycle and looking forward to learning more as I plan for number 3 and beyond.
