Anadrol into Tbol...Anyone hear of this?

Hey Eroids Fam,

Have to ask if anyone has heard of this: A fellow lifting brother that I've known for several years, recomped in a very noticeable way. He believes this to be ultimately diet anchored. Yet, is now a fanatic of this "new jumpstart" his coach implemented...

Now I trust the bro. We've always been open about diets, ped, splits, etc. No reason to BS. He claims jumpstarting most recent 16 week cycle Test/Deca (500/300) with Anadrol (100mg/wk) weeks 1-2 only, then transitioning straight to Tbol (60mg/wk) weeks 3-7 made a massive difference in physique.

Now from what I've researched, seems like tbol is more a finisher with decent strength. (Dudes diet has always been pretty tight and has several years of cycles under belt). Difference was noticeable enough for me to ask if anyone else has heard of similar protocol?

Thanks in advance. Always interested to learn, share, and hear what else is happening out there.

My experience with tbol was high dose-long run. Endurance and great vascularity but nothing solid or dramatic as far as gains are concerned. Low dose anadrol would be a better choice for me. Everyone is different so don't know how will these substances work for you.

After all the use it got in East Germany back in the communist year's I'm surprised it's not more popular.

I took the time to read about what went down back then, it's crazy to think little school girls were taking it.

I love Tbol after week three strictly for its effect on SHBG. Basically making the cycle more effective so I personally agree with your friend.

I love me some TBol , it's the intermediate oral it falls somewhere between Anavar and Anadrol . Good Strength gains , some recomp effects especially if your diet is dialed in and you happen to be a good responder with TBol .

Not the most visible gains BUT that's not to say there are none , Dial that diet in and take full advantage of the added strength and endurance there are definitely gains.

It is a Strength and Endurance oral for that fact it does add a decent amount of lean muscle, it can also be ran longer than most orals as it's half life is something like 12hrs requiring you to take less through out the day putting less stress on the liver.

I like turinabol. It's good for cutting/lean bulk cycles. It has high bio-availability. Lower liver toxicity compared to most orals. Doesn't convert into estrogen so no water retention. It gives users amazing pumps, vascularity and endurance. There is a mild fat loss property but not in the league of masteron or anavar. Does promote lean muscle mass and strength gains. The issue is the user already needs to be in good physical condition for it to shine. A fat and out of shape person won't notice anything beyond strength increases.

I've heard of people jump starting cycles with anadrol for the immediate strength and aggression increases. One will feel the positive effects of Anadrol almost immediately while waiting on the long acting esters of deca and test to kick in. He isn't wrong. It comes downs to a matter of preference. I've never done it. I am patient since I like doing long cycles

I’ve had good results with Tbol at 60 to 80 mgs a day. Makes me crabby af though,
Anadrol just makes me feel like shit.
Dbol and Winny are my favorites but I rarely run any oral except provi in recent years.

Its difficult for me to say as I've never run Tbol before - I've only heard its basically a weaker Dbol. I can't really see what 2 weeks on Adrol is going to do either other than make him swell with water for him to piss it all out again. When you say massive difference in physique in what way are you talking? That he got very big or that he leaned out?

Thats exactly what it is, Tbol is derived from dbol, its a very mild oral where you wont see any massive gains, but it will help you retain strength while on a cut or calorie deficient. Just don't expect muscle growth, just more definition.

I honestly cannot see that working bud. When I run it after about 4 days the strength I got from it quickly diminishes, so at the 2 week mark you must be back where you started. I find its great to use EOD at 100mg, you don't end up with a sore stomach and the gains keep coming.

2 weeks on 2 weeks off is throughout a cycle.

Its not for that " bang " kick at the start of the cycle.

  1. Users with real life experience wont pin their first dose and start the oral the same day.
    The oral will kick in before the testosterone, starting shut down, and beginning cycle in deficit, testosterone should always be kicked and elevating before orals are introduced.

  2. The 2 week off time is where diet is tweeked and excess water is dropped, the cycle itself ( oils ) now shine, your running test with one or two other compounds, your body is highly anabolic, nitrogen positive, uptaking nutrients and synthesizing protein at a greatly increased rate.
    Gained water is gained water and gained tissue is gained tissue, bye bye water but nothing else.

  3. Then you go again, another 2 weeks of extra boom rapid strength, intensity and weight gain.
    The 2nd pulse is the best one.
    Rinse and repeat all the way till end of cycle.

  4. 2 weeks on isnt long enough to bring on the bad sides.
    No gyno, acne, liver damage or oxidative stress trying to hinder the gains from the real cycle of oils running.
    The 2 weeks off ensures that, liver and lipids get the rest they need etc etc.

  5. Anybody that eats, diets, trains properly and knows there body shouldnt be losing any gained muscle tissue quickly due to the removal of a drug, the body must remain anabolic and be fed that way, no bodybuilder should be letting their body go catabolic at anytime.
    Go catabolic yes bye bye tissue, remain anabolic keep the diet and nutrition up ( calories above) your not losing anything gained except fluids.

  6. There is an old time legend that i was close with for a long time on this website.
    His name is " viking " hes a guru and a champion, i remember in around 2013 when he first taught me the 2 on 2 off pulsing for anadrol and started doing it my very next cycle.

How many times over the years have we all read about those " lethargic" or unmotivated periods in dudes cycles?
Or they feel weak or lose focus?

Pulse the fkn anadrol the way i said and see the bursts of power and intensity throughout the cycle.
See how good you feel.
Feel the extra pump.

Drol and dbol arent only for cunts to get gains at the start of a cycle.

Utilise it in the way i said a feel the real power and synergy it has alongside a real cycle in full swing.

Sorry to bring up an old post on my first post, but this is the first time I heard about Anadrol 2-week cycles on cycle. This post is why I finally registered here.

If somebody wants to use Var or Tbol on cycle too, would you pair it with the Adrol (2 weeks at a time) or jumpstart the cycle with it as normal (only having a 2-week overlap with Adrol in weeks 3-4), or leave it until end? Any ideas are appreciated.

I do that(EOD) w/ Dbol; not 100mg though! I get better results/less sides like you said above.

My thoughts too man (2 weeks drol)
Difference for example- Ive watched him bulk/cut over the years for competition. This round seemed consistently fuller and leaner throughout...- diet shared was lower calories (2500) with carb cycling. Again, dudes always been in great shape, won a couple local shows, served as a mentor. This caught my attention. One of those "really?!" moments.
