Hello everyone, registered a few weeks ago, although I have been visiting this site for several months, awesome site, good info, respectable posters, and the Mods are full of integrity. I am a competitive bodybuilder but have taken a few years off. I am fired up and ready to jump on stage once again, will be happy to share some experience and knowledge and also to learn from you guys as well. Cheers.
