+ 7 When to write a promo review.

ad

Think before you promo review.

Most promo reviews should never be written. If the product is a stand alone, like a men's health product go for it.

But if you're getting a hand full of this, and a little of that, and they end up in a cycle DO NOT review separately for the promo. Review only one source for each cycle.

Think of it this way. Censored has some good dbol but shitty oils. However, I like acne-lab's oils as they are always g2g, so I order those for my cycle and get in on a killer promo censored is having for the dbol.

I end up writing 2 reviews. 1 for acne-lab and 1 for censored.

49 other members did the same thing but each used a different source for the main cycle.

Censored gets 50 new 10/10 reviews
50 other sources get 1 10/10 review each.

Who climbs in the rankings? Is it justified?

I’m a newbie this my first hr on here just wondering how I can get in the promos. Still trying to learn to navigate thru this site?

Greg's picture

If you're here for the promos, you might as well just leave now. If you're here to be part of a community that looks out for each other, Welcome.

You'll figure it out just about the time you earn the karma to participate in one.

Cambolad's picture

Just received promo order. Where are how to post pics? I'm guessing it doesn't go under reviews?

Sigh... Bump again... for those who need to read this, read the comments as well.

You don't go to Kroger to buy just the chips that are on sale and then drive across town to the Piggly Wiggly to get cheap hotdogs, and then travel to the corner store to buy bread and condiments.
A promo (discount) is to incentivize you to shop at that one "online store". Better reviews, more trusted reviews, are derived when everything in a cycle has been purchased from one source.

Stop trying to hoard promo gear.
Stop creating Frankenstein cycles from promo gear.
Act like grown ass adults with paying jobs.
If you can't afford the gear, you certainly can't afford the food, so what's the point of trying to do a cycle doomed to fail.

Obvious cavate are the one offs like men's health, and PCT gear. Then write 2 reviews if appropriate. You are allowed 8 reviews in a calendar year... 10 as a buffer but under a mods discretion. If you're a blatant whore, you might not even make it to 8

KMC's picture

Glad you covered PCT as separate,....... when I saw the topic come up, it was the first thing to cross my mind.

It’s okay I’ve had about 10 crowns and cokes. I told my self the same thing. Might cook some bacon for freedom later or even play with my bald eagle.

Well seems like if a source wants a honest review they need to promo a full cycle for the customer.

Instead of 1 bottle of test E or 2... When we know the dude is running 6 different compounds. You cannot judge which compound out of the six is good unless it was a good cycle overall and all the compounds were from the same source...Just my opinion....

So what I’m saying. If he got test from one source and Tren from the other and winstrol and mast from another. How does he know the Mast was good but the winstrol wasn’t. So yea!

There are some sources that do have a good promo.

Hopefully that makes since. It kinda doesn’t but whatever.

Greg's picture

You're completely correct. So the motive should be to take the promo to build a cycle from the same source.

Use the promo as an incentive to build a cycle for a little less and perhaps try out a new source as well.

The motive for writing a review should not be a commitment for getting cheap or free gear (selfish). It should be to warn other eroiders about bad sources/gear, and to help them select good source. (not selfish)

As you said, trying to figure out how effective a compound is while running multiple compounds is a fool's folly and makes for a disingenuous review.

Too, if one keeps going to the same source time and time again. How do they know how they rank compared to the other sources they haven't tried? Be bold, mix it up a bit.

Those of us who've been around from the start practically never used the same source more than once. Eroids was a candy store, we had to sample everything.

Bulkdaddy's picture

Just wanted to ask and you give a good answer for others to see the point.

I often see mixing sources gear and well I think you made a clear understanding.

I don’t use promos. I have a few years ago. However my cycles are to big and a bit long for me to wait around for the same source to provide that much gear.

So this is why I don’t get in on promos.

I’ve had sources offer a kit of gh but one kit will last me 10 or 20 days depending on my dosage. That’s not long enough for me too get any Benefit. So I’ve turned them down. Very generous though.

JUICEBOX0331's picture

I want to see pictures of these people who are getting all this free shit by doing a ton of reviews, if you're still average looking and not a fucking monster than my theory that free drugs are "you get what you pay for" has to be true.

Greg's picture

bump because some who've been here 6 years still don't get it.

Pale's picture

And understand, it isn't hard for us to see who is gaming or abusing the system as well. So if I bust you with say seventeen reviews so far in 2017 it is pretty obvious there is no goddamn way you used that much gear in an objective way. When you get popped man up, don't cry and pout or call me the anti-christ lol.

Said nice, I never was writing here, just looking and read, but I saw a lot of strange guys who writing about 20-40 of reviews in a year, it need to control. I do not think that these guys do 20-40 cycles in a row in one year.

But here exists and another side, sources make promos and I'm sure every of them wants an honest review and rating up. On this side, if the multiple reviewing will be declined, promos loose the sense. :-)

I never participated on the promos here and it your game bros, it just a logic conclusions from the independent side.

DeadlyCrooc's picture

Good said, fully agree.

KMC's picture

I'm sure every of them wants an honest review

really?........ Really???........... REALLY?!!!.

Are you that simple minded, ..... or did you type it without thinking?

For the record,.......... a source wants GOOD reviews, that what they think they have bought and paid for with the freebie.

Maybach3000's picture

Exactly what's I mean, I needed to write "honest" using "" :-)

Pale's picture

Quite the contrary actually. Instead of the same promo whores taking advantage of every promo it opens the door for a whole new bunch of up and coming promo whores. :).

For me the best promos were always about good deals not giveaways anyway.

Maybach3000's picture

It's right, but, need a real solution, like limitation revievs for everyone, as example - Your review limit is 1 review in 2 month, simple, option will be closed for 2 month after review was written, it not so hard to make in javascript or php code if Eroids have good programmer, if not, such code can be bought. This is the solution. What have said you in the top only calls negative, and repels peoople from the forum, not a good way. Take this as advice, and info to thinking, and I by no means try to tell you what to do. Sir

Pale's picture

Well by not having it set in stone we weed out who the chumps are.

Maybach3000's picture

I have said, bro, rest of it is out of my business, you guys, mods and admins if value your time you will done what is need. I just can give advise from my side.

giardap's picture

What about a ranking for the review Pale? (I know, I know, a ranking for the ranking!)
Dropdown list to select karma number, # of products used or bought versus promo, as a set of filters? That could serve a search well.
Or alternatively, a bought versus promo form field when submitting reviews?

DeadlyCrooc's picture

This needs to change the site code too, bruh, but if needs to change the code anyway, better Idea came from dude Maybach. Yea Pale says that "we weed out who the chumps are" It's good, but it takes time. What that says Maybach really a time economy and all the shit chumps will gone by themselves. Filters will not be usable by the majority of users, it good only for me, you, and other experienced users, not more.

And a bit of shit - BFG promised smileys about 1 year ago, in November of last year, WHERE IS OUR SMILEYS? (:

I'm sure an English man would understand that a 'certain amount' would mean the amount of integrity which is expected of oneself in the community.

Not so much a language barrier more of a terminology barrier
