I am on a test e only 12 wk cycle at 500mg a wk. just started my 3rd week and have gained 11lbs in that time. Eating clean at 5000 cals ed. Am I gaining too much to quickly? Didn't expect to gain 11lbs in 2 wks. This is my first cycle. At 181 now with 10% bf. at this rate I will gain well over 30lbs in this cycle.
EDIT. Wife just told me my son has been playing with scale at home (damn kid). 5lbs is what I have gained. Just weighed in at the gym.

Unless you weren't eating right and training right for a while before you got on, it's just water. If your diet and training sucked before you got on, it may be some muscle you could have gotten without it, plus it's some water. Get on an aromatase inhibitor immediately, and take a diuretic for a few days. Get rid of that water before your blood pressure gets out of control or even worse... stretch marks!!! lol
I was so excited on my first cycle I swore it was already kicking in at 3 weeks but it was just me pushing alot harder because I was excited and I gained some lbs(not no 11 but some). When that shit does hit your going feel like a beast!
What was your goal for the cycle? If you were going for an all out bulk I wouldn't worry about it. If you find you are softening too much cycle your carbs down till you find yiur sweetspot
Lmao!...first few cycles are always the best for big gains bro... wait until you get a little more advanced and things change "dramatically" when i speak with more advanced members we talk about acheivable gains in the region of 5/6lbs max! but we want pure quality..i.e tread and i spoke about his last cycle awhile back and we even dared to mention a 10lb gain..in reality this would be acheivable through a recomp at our level through dropping BF% without a change in the start body weight... see if that is acheived throughout the cycle that is an actual lean body mass gain which can be worked out pretty easily though a bit of math,..this is another reason why we should ALL be up to speed with an accurate body fat reading before starting a new run so you can track the lean mass poundage by the week... and adjust aas,nutrition,training accordingly to reach desired goal instead of just blundering along for 12wks wondering IF we are gaining or not...these first few cycles are the training ground for further/proper use of vaas and the other tools that run side by side....forget the pin and go shit it just dont work... you/we need to be fully in control to achieve cycle after cycle!..or like i said before we may as well hit the fucking golf course and throw the dumbells in the bin lmao!
Using adex for AI. Muscles are hard as rocks. Lttlel water retention.i have lost 2% of my bf.
At 3wks gains sound like diet and training. Eating 5000 CLEAN cals males you a monster! It also tells me you probably haven't reached natty potential and cycling may be premature. Don't worry about gaining exponentially, it doesn't happen LOL!
