+ 1 Tendons

ad

Does anyone else have problems with there strength out growing there tendons to quick? My tendon that runs up my bicep in to my chest. Well it’s pretty ache and I guess swollen. I’ve had these issue before but never really talked about it. I usually take a week or 2 from whatever causes it to do that which is mainly chest. Just wondering what everyone does about it if they have this particular problem.

I like to take a break from the juice and heavy weights. Stopped benching 315, i stick to 225 for reps on flat bench, keep it at 95lb dumbbells on inclines. And when that dont work i take a break for several months and recover. You guys acted like i was some piece of shit for saying that, but when you hurt so bad you cant lift your arm the day after the workout its your body saying take a break. And if you keep trying to work through it it will get worse and you’ll be getting an mri and the ortho will be asking why your doing the sauce in an exam room wanting to right it on a form to get your health insurance canceled LOL

Nah bro that is good advice, taking a break from time to time is sometimes the proper medicine it really is. It has saved me and helped me move up in weight lifted when I got back to it.

I never suggest stuff like this usually , but hgh maybe sounds like it could help at least help catch the tendons up, then again gh does come with some carpel tunnel so ...

or a good stretch before each workout, maybe some supplementation of turmeric or msm.

I take lots of gh... lol.... I’ll prolly just need to take some time off.
