I've had 3 discectomies, last one being about 12 years ago. I don't know what you're current condition is? All I can say is that you should get to moving as soon as you can. The more you lay around, the worse it's going to feel and the harder it's going to be to move when you do. I'm not saying to jump back into lifting next week, but as soon as you can ease your way back in, do it. And as stated below, core, core, core. You can compensate by strengthening your core. I've been pain free for quite a while now. I attribute that directly to staying moving and a strong core. Take it easy, take it slow, just don't take it lying down. You know!

Take it slow. You didn't say if they did a fusion, but I am guessing they added some bone, plate and screws. Get on the hospital portal and find your surgical notes and photos. I guy I know had a fusion failure and was in hell for 2 years. He has learned to live with the pain going up and down stairs. Strengthen your core as it is what supports your back. Facebook groups may be more helpful with answers. You Got This

Klow and low dose hgh you could add a little primo if liver is an issue if not they usually prescribe anavar for burn victims low dose like 10 mg a day ... They are Great tissue drivers that's why they are expensive and what not les sides anyway if you have and estrogen issues the can help also dosage would be low half your test ... If you have no other health issues just healing just do what they say as far as therapy and let them guide when to progress..I've used this many times after surgery and I've healed twice as fast in some cases broken bones requiring surgery...and during therapy in their pace I blew the progress they said more than once by about twice.. so I'm no dr anything I'm sounds like your on trt
...trt plus healing protocol

I can't say whether they will work for you - this is where your research will come in handy - but I'll point you in the direction of BPC-157 and TB500. I've used the former and it's healing properties are brilliant, not used the latter but have read up on it being beneficial for recovery too.
