Personal Conversations within threads

Now I know we all like to cut it up with the bro's (and sis's) but there comes a point where these personal conversations begin to bury the pertinent info that others want or need. My suggestion would be use a little common courtesy. If you begin a back and forth on a thread that is not relevant than take it to PM or better yet if it's interesting enough build a whole new thread so others may join in.
