Hi any and every ones help will be appreciated. I am a 40 year old male and have been working out for about 23 years. I am 5' 5" , 150 ibs. and 12 bf. I am looking to gain 15 pounds of lean muscle. I would like to know what would be the best stack and dosage for my age and weight. This will be my first gear. Thank you in advance.

GearofWarFirst Cycle: Everyone will tell you that "Test is Best" and it's 105% true. I'm living proof. Just be sure to have an AI and your PCT set up and in-hand. In-hand being the most important term here. Have what you need and don't try to procure your ancillaries as you need them.

I did my first cycle on Sustanon 500Mg/Week and gained more than 20Lbs (DID NOT HAVE EROIDS FEEDBACK ON THAT TIME). In my case did not use arimidex, cause did not had any gynaecomastia symptoms,but I did have it on hand just in case. Did a Nolva/Clomid PCT with HCG following Swalle's Protocol.

From what the experienced guys and my own experience test e @250mgs every 3 days for 12 weeks is the standard 1st cycle. One has to start with this cycle to see how the body reacts. I had awesome results doing this exact cycle. Along with the test e it's advised to run arimidex .5ml every 3 days too. Once you start pinning for like 3 weeks you will feel the effects in the gym and the bedroom. Pct is needed 2 weeks after your last pin. That research is up to you bro. Enjoy
