hi guys n girls has anyone used a power block ? i am thinking to get one so when I can't make it to the gym. are they awkward to use.My question is power block or should I buy a set of regular dumbbells?

I used to own the power blocks. I think that they are awesome. They save space in your house (think about how much space the same amount of weight increments dumbells would take up), theyre easy to use, you can do all the same excercises with them, and they are cheaper than buying the same amount of weights in normal dumbells. Just my .02 on this bro

I got dumbbells at home for when I can't make it to the gym. I got 5s through 35s. I know that isn't much weight but it's all about howmyou use them. I do t have tomworry about losing tone.

sgtstedankoI looked into. Researched the fuck out of it actually. I've got a pair of 52lb adjustable bowflex ones. & ended up buying some cheap ones @ 100lb ea, adjustable ones off Amazon for like $200. They work nicely. Ain't nothing you can't do w/em. They're more time consuming spinning collars than just the quick dial, but for my $. I'll recommend those fuckers all day long. They'll last forever...
