+ 2 Let's keep eroids a safe place

ad

Guys, I have not been on here for very long. Since the beginning of October 2012 to be exact. I found this site accidentally trying desperately to find a way to order aas online. I found this site and was naturally skeptical at first but upon further research I began talking to a few people on here and my trust was gained enough for me to make my first successful purchase through a source on here and 4 more through different sources. "TRUST" that is what I want to talk about. I have been seeing a lot of people saying they want a source they can trust and this and that and start crying when they don't get the package in a day or two. However, I am also seeing a lot lately about people who are scamming the sources in an attempt to get free products. I feel that eroids is a place where for the most part people are trying to better themselves by purchasing online products in as safe of an environment as possible. We want to be able to send a donation and just sit back without a care in the world knowing that our package is on the way. I work hard for my cash like the rest of us and if an event happened to where I did not receive a pack or some of it was damaged I would like to know that the source would make good on this and in one case I did have some crashed gear in which a source reshipped to me no problem even though i did not ask for a reship. Now, most of the sources have established a no reship policy because of people trying to get free products and lying to them. Guys, (and gals) if you are not already doing this then we all need to help the mods identify not only the sources that are scamming people but people that are scamming sources. If you see a "suspicious" review or post check out the users profile and see what other posts they have and if it seems "fishy" report it to a mod. The mods do a great job already but let's make their jobs easier to assure eroids stays a safe and reliable place for us to choose which source to buy from.

If a buyer claims broken gear they should have to submit a pic of said gear. That's one way to stop bogus claims. Packages not arriving could be as simple as tracking shipments. Sucks that people would scam from either end.

Great post. I would +1 you if i could.

One idea might be to have sources contact the mods with a users eroid handle if they report broken, crashed, never showed up, etc. The mods could keep this list to themselves and they would be able to see if someone was repeatedly doing this with multiple sources. That, however, would require more work of the mods.

Another option would be to open a new section to the forum. Each source could have his own thread and the source could put down eroids handles that have asked for reships. Not to bash people but simply a list. Other sources could then browse it to see if someone is trying to scam.

I love the way eroids is set up. It really does help the customer and I understand that is its purpose. I think it might help the sources out too if they felt like they were being looked out for as well.

Bingo! This site is HUGE community site. Ours...not theirs. All of us need to be responsible and post correct reviews to save newbs from a bad experience. And helping the mods saves ALL our asses.

Sadly I'm seeing more and more that noobies seem to only look at the good reviews and neglect to read through the bad ones that might have saved their money =/
