Is this normal??
Got my bloods taken when I was exactly 4 weeks into a 10 week cycle of Test E 500mg/wk with 4 week dbol 40mg/day kick (which I had finished the day before) and I've got a couple questions about the results that I was hoping some of you more experienced guys could help me with!
-
First of all test levels showed 2550, does that sound about right at 4 weeks in? And will it keep going up?
-
Also, my thyroid was apparently pretty low which I'm guessing is just from the AAS and will return to normal after. Anyone else have problems with low thyroid on cycle?
-
And thirdly, I'm apparently anemic (very low red blood cell count)...which makes no fucking sense because I eat enough protein to satisfy a lion so that left me scratching my head. Opinions on this?
Thanks!

A lot of things can cause anemia. Not just dietary deficiencies. If it's dietary related then the deficiency is in iron or folic acid. There are others including, but not limited to, blood diseases/disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, chronic alcohol abuse, drug use (and I mean legit drugs, not recreational). Could be nothing...or anything but one way or another, I would pursue it a little further to see what's going on. Most of the time, anemia is a symptom of something else.
not necessarily aas related.. do you have labs prior to starting ?
what exactly are you eating ?
TheCaptainNo I don't unfortunately, and I'm roughly following a 50/30/20 macro split, shooting for 3500+ calories per day. Eating lots of eggs, chicken, beef, sweet potatoes, oats, and rice with a couple spinach and veggie salads thrown in most days. Also having 2 protein shakes, 5g creatine mono, multivitamin, and a gallon of water every day
eggs or egg whites? ie specifically no yolks?
You really need to post bloodwork to get real specific answers along with your stats. Your description of your medical condition is very Nondescriptive. So the only response that I can give is also in broad strokes.
2500 is not out of the norm. Some people will be higher some will be lower, its an individualistic thing. Enanthate has a half-life of seven days ( give or take), so by week four you're pretty much maxed out. You'll continue to go up by maybe 3% to 4% a week for another four weeks But that is about it.
AAS can have a suppressive effect on one's metabolic panel. It should return to normal. Thyroid is a lot more resilient than people give it credit. But you may also have other underlying conditions that may cause that so I would not assume that it is AAS.
I am not even going to attempt this one your information is just too sparse.
TheCaptainFirst of all, I appreciate the answers, very detailed. And apologies for being sparse, I've just heard from other people as well as the internet that low red bloodcell count is usually caused by a lack of meat in your diet.
Please post your lab pics if you can, I'd like to see the numbers. With that said you should not be anemic on cycle, if anything you should have an elevated RBC count. I would suggest looking for other causes including GI bleeding and iron deficiency. As far as your thyroid it is possible that it is being suppressed due to your cycle, but this must be watched.
TheCaptainAppreciate the feedback, and I should be getting the whole test in the mail tomorrow or the next day so I'll post it as soon as I get it.
Post a pic or a screen shot of your test if you can. Some of the guys here really know their stuff when it comes to labs!
TheCaptainShould be getting it in the mail today or tomorrow and I will!
I know on the test level you are where you should be and still likely rising. The rest of the stuff I am not sure.
TheCaptainGood to hear that, thanks
