+ 1 Dbol dosing and aromasin questions!

ad

I've just got a few questions that I would appreciate someone answering who knows what they're talking about!

  1. Is there any benefit to taking oral dbol throughout the day vs taking one dose in the morning OR one dose pre workout? Recommendations here?

  2. If I take it in the evening, could it keep me awake at night?

  3. (Regarding Aromasin/Exemestane) I know that people will typically start Aromasin about 2 weeks into their cycle but should I start taking it immediately if I am using a dbol kickstart? I know that dbol is pretty fast acting is why I am wondering.

Please help!
Thanks guys

*If you're wondering, my cycle is a 10 week test e 500mg/wk cycle with 4 week dbol kickstart of 40mg/wk

I did dbol in the morning and pre workout. If I take it too late it does effect my sleep. I feel awesome on it though.

Dbol troughtout the day or pre work out is up to you. I usually take it before work out 40mgs day taking Sunday off the Dbol. But then again is all about personal choice. This shit will bloat you like a ballon so be aware you might lose your abs. And no, it will not keep you awake(at least not to me)

Aromasin or Adex is usually around week 3 if you using long ester such Enan or Cyp. Adjust as needed, start with a low dose of AI and add more if needed. Most first time cyclers dont really need to run an AI & some other experience users don't even run AI but then again is all about personal choice and how you react to this compounds

  1. Dbol has a fairly short half-life, so you should be dosing it throughout the day.
  2. That's an individual question, some people it will sum it won't.
  3. You should always start your AI on the very 1st day with an oral. And you should start on the 2nd or 3rd day with test. 2 weeks into a cycle you are already going to have E2 problems.

Let me see if I can help clear up the confusion. A lot of the negative side effects occur because of elevated E2. Your body produces Aromatase. It uses Aromatase to convert testosterone to several different variations of estrogen, E2 being one of them.

So what happens when you take a shot of testosterone. Depending on the type of testosterone you reach peak plasma levels anywhere from a few hours (Suspension) to 72 hours (Decanoate). Then the conversion process starts taking place.

As an example you've probably heard people say that it takes 4 weeks to start seeing anything from test c. For the simplicity of illustration let's call GAINS positive side effects (it will help put things in perspective for you). Well, it takes a few weeks to see gains but that doesn't mean that the compound is not in your blood, and you is not exhibiting positive side effects, you just can't visually see them yet or feel them, but that doesn't mean it's not happening.

Gyno is a negative side effect of elevated E2 (could be progesterone or combination of thereof. But for the simplicity of things let's just stick with E2) so if it takes time for the Gyno to manifest itself in a certain time frame, it doesn't mean that your E2 levels up to that point are not elevated.

Think of AI as a seatbelt for your cycle. You should put it on at the beginning, not halfway through your journey.

I hope this is helpful to you.

Currently using dbol for the first time and after playing around with the dosing times, I like pre workout the best

You need to post up some stats and cycle history bro..... Age/weight/height/bodyfat% plus how many cycles you've already ran, duration, and compounds used. This gives the guys an idea of what type of advice to give you
