My first pin was done from a buddy of mine "Certified" in Medical shit at the age of 22...lol Layed face down on my bed and he put the needle right in the center of my fucking ass cheek. No top right/left quadrant lol mother fucker my ass tensed like a little virgin about to be devoured for the first time, and about broke the needle off in my arssss. Never let the little bitch do that again, been doing it myself ever since !

Shit!.... just making me think back 33yrs made my brain hurt,... it was an ass shot and probably very risky due to not knowing about the sciatic nerve channel back then or even hearing the word "ventro gluteal".... i do remember a few lads in the gym hitting the sciatic nerve and having serious walking problems for weeks... then we all got into spot injecting and were bursting through big veins and having all sorts of horrific problems with infections and big lumps all over the place...... tough learning curve but we got there in the end lol.

My first pin was w a 22ga. One inch needle in the delt. I was 25 or 26 ? Of test 250mgs. I literally was home alone. Blaring Rob zombie music n my underwear, trying to work up the balls to do it.

I was sweating like a whore , screaming at myself. Say n come on u beach,f n pussy. Pace n back and fourth. Then finally I did it. I stuck myself like I was shanking sum one n the penitentiary. Still scream n the whole time.

Pushed the test in. Pulled pin out. And was like wtf. That's it ? That wasn't so bad.

My wife did my first with a TRT dose back in late December last year. We were both rookies but we did everything by the book and I was nervous as hell. She took the pin and hit me in the delt like the scene from Pulp Fiction, jammed the f'er in there.

The first pin I did myself was a frickin' train wreck. I sat there and looked the the pin for at least 5 mins trying to get the courage to stick it in my quad. I started pushing it in really slow and it hurt like hell so I backed out even before it broke the skin. At this point my heart is pounding and hands are trembling. I decided to take another stab at it (no pun intended) and just jammed it in quickly. A lot less pain this time and I plunged the .5 ml.

After I pinned I almost pasted out from the heart rate and anxiety and just laid on my bed for 15 minutes till it passed.

Nervous as fuck. Sweatin like a muh fucker. Once I pushed it in and got it done I realized it was no big deal.

I got a little nervous at first. walked away, calmed down, visualized... walked back and pined Like I've done it for years... Hollywood was so proud of me.

I just did my first pin last week, and have done 3 of them now. My first one was in the side of the thigh, with a 23gauge 1" needle. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and painless it was. I just started pushing and it went right in. The aspirating and pushing the plunger also went very smooth.
I injected just 5/6 of a cc of test E and was prepared for some epic post injection pain, but the pain never came. Just a little bit of soreness. I did have a fair bit of anxiety after the pin, and still have a little.

My new perspective is that the pinning is the simple and easy part of a cycle, now I worry about my balls shrinking and my tits growing, lol. Yesterday I pinned the glute, the 1 1/2" needle seemed like it took forever to bottom out in there. Still no pain or PIP issues though.

My wife pinned me for the 1st time and I still let her from time to time (medical background). I had to see what the pain would feel like before I actually did it to myself.
