I injected 1cc of Sust 250 in my left deltoid three days ago and have pain and soreness at injection site and some pain that runs down my tricep a little. I'm used to pip but I have never had it aggravate the tricep as well. I used a 22 g 1" needle. I usually inject the glutes but I don't have any 1.5" needles on hand. Its not hot or red but just really sore. It was my fifth injection into my twelve week cycle. None of the others bothered me like that one in particular.

I had some (still using it) evil fucking test Cypionate that was just killing me. I tried everything (injecting slower, heating, using different needles) to no end.
What took care of it for me was mixing it 1/1 with sterile grape seed oil. Diluting it helped tremendously.
FlexNinjaMy source uses GSO. My pip is from me hitting a nerve. I injected Saturday and again today with no pip from the same vial. But that pig stick last Wednesday was a pain. Its finally getting better. I iced and put a heating pad on it throughout the day yesterday and it helped big time.
My husband had some bad pip, and started injecting warm test after a hot shower. Problem solved.

FlexNinjaThank you for the info. I really never thought about pinning my quads. I really need to give my delts a break. Would a 22 gauge 1" pin work for my quads?
I used to use 22g cause they were the smallest you could get at a certain farm supply chain. it caused a lot more trouble than the convenience was worth. switched to 25g and 80% of my pip trouble disappeared.there is a great post in general forums, might even be a sticky called pip causes and solutions and another called don't let your pimp ruin your life. the things i read in those took care of the rest, i don't get any pip at all unless its gear related. hope that helps some
FlexNinjaThanks bro I ordered 50 25 g 1" pins from a source on here. My shoulder and arm is still sore from my injection in my left delt last Wednesday. Injected in my right Saturday and its fine today. I'm switching toquad quad, glute glute, delt delt.
I just got some 1 1/2. 25g in today, was using 1" even in my glutes but someone told me 1 1/2 is even better so ima test that out.

Also any reason why you pin with 22g ? Kinda big?
Are you using 2 differen needles one for draw and one for pin? Dull needles can cause pip

Try a 23g 1" or a 25g 1" for quads....I use a 23g. As for delts try a 25g 5/8 pin

Re use the same plunger!?! Dont do that man your askin for it man I dont care how good you think you've cleaned it. You can buy enough pins and draw pins for 5 cycles for around 60 bucks and you just throw them shits away bro
FlexNinjaI have the kind of plungers that you screw the pin on to. Dang I thought they were reusable. I'm gonna get some more tomorrow. They have a storage case and everything. The lady at co-op said I could reuse them, but I told her I raise dogs and that I'm giving them their shots. She doesn't know I'm injecting myself.

Order up some 25's while you are at it, makes sure you order at least 50 with the pin and plunger. I cannot believe you have been reusing the same plunger! Consider yourself lucky that you haven't scored a major infection..
FlexNinjaI only reuse them twice. I think the 25 gauge will feel a lot better to. I use an 18 gauge to draw. My next injection is Tuesday, I'm gonna put it in my quad. I gotta start rotating more injection spots. I'm injection Sust 250 every three days. Running 750 mg a week.
My recommendation is to use them 22's you ordered to draw with and 25's to pin. Them 18's are liable to break off a piece of stopper or just plain destroy a stopper after repeatedly drawing with them. Put them spears on the shelf.
18g is way to big, your goin to core out holes in the stopper. 22g to draw 23g-25g to inject. Using an 18g to draw can cause pieces of the stopper to break of in the oil and if u inject that then its not goin to be a fun ride

FlexNinjaYou see that's why I like this site. I'm gonna stop listening to the fuck tards at my gym. The guy I got advice from actually has an infected forearm from a bad injection. Yeah the dumb ass injected into his forearm, looks like Popeye. He's in mid cycle to and can't train properly till it heals. I'm gonna check my vial for any particles thoroughly and switch to a 22 g. Thanks bro.

Another thing.....i do this for every pin. I had my wifey sew some pouches with dry rice in them. I pop em in microwave get them hot. Pop it on top injection site before and after. Ive never had an issue with pip since I started this. Yeah its a process but at least im not gimped up for 2-3 days

RustyhookerHotpack and ibuprofen. Sounds a lot like pip which can turn into compensation. Watch for heat, swelling, it gets worse or you feel flu like.
Im currently on a sust. Sus can bite. Sometimes even a smooth cycle you get near or on a nerve (twitch) then the entire nerve lineup compensates with pain signals.
FlexNinjaI bought a heat pad today and have access to prescription pain meds. The heat pad is awesome. I'm gonna put the vial in it for a minute b4 my next injection to warm the oil. Next one is on Tuesday. If my left delt still hurts I'm gonna put it in my right again. I need to go to Co-op and get some 1.5" for the glutes.

FlexNinjaNo sir I've cycled Sust 250 4 times prior and have injected in delts b4. But my gf who is no longer with me used to give me my injections. She's an RN. I give my own injections now and haven't had any problems until that last left delt injection. I actually injected into my right delt today with no problem. I inject real slow, like 20 seconds and always aspirate. On the left delt injection I do remember my shoulder twitched a lil when I went in. After I injected the 1 cc I waited about 8 seconds b4 pulling the needle out quickly. While I waited I noticed a drop of blood flow into the syringe. I know I didn't inject into a blood vessel so where did the blood come from? Its also weird that my upper tricep hurts as well. Its been three days now and its still sore.
