Number 2, what do you expect to feel exactly when using sust? I mean it isn't krank! And you make no mention of stats or doses , cycle history or anything. Nobody will give you advice in the forum unless you have posted your stats (age, height, weight ,bf) and cycle history. Go to "Anabolic steroids" section of the forum and post your question about "SUSTANON" (without mentioning the lab) there or find the source who sells that brand and ask it in their discussion page.
