+ 2 I must be doing something right...
(SARCASTICALLY) There's something to be said about this proper diet/proper training bullshit you hear around here
Now as most of you know my cycle crashed and burned a few wks ago after I got slammed with the flu. I tried to salvage it and came up a few lbs but decided to shitcan it and go the other way and start burning to get ready for summer. My goal was to go from 198 to 190 by May 1st on nothing but a light cruise of prop (100EOD), Cardio w/light weights, and a diet that would (and will) make most of us cry.
Well I have been diligent on all accounts and only 2wks in I'm down to 194! 4 more lbs in 6wks?!Puuuuhleeease! Its not even fucking with my head cuz THIS IS THE GOAL! Not to mention I'm actually getting tons of compliments (which helps the head)
I am currently at 2800 cals but with the results I'm getting I think its safe to make adjustments and pull it up to 3200 or maybe even 3400 (if i'm feeling crazy)
My point being is that all of you guys that think there is a magic compound or mixture of compounds that will hand your goals over to you on a silver platter need to get a grip on reality... ESPECIALLY those of you that want to "burn fat AND gain lean muscle".
NO TREN, NO CLEN NOR EVEN VAR

To cut up doesn't necisarily mean cutting cals. If you eat cleaner then the fat that is injested is obviously decreased and you will lose BF. Do that in conjunction with cardio and you will harden up. As for the plateau well there are a few ways around this that most may know and perhaps a lot don't. It doesn't always have to be with thermo's. Thats the easy way out. If you notice that you are not loosing the BF and your sweating is decreasing then the chances of your bodies metabolic rate slowing down is a very real possibility. So what do you do. Well big guy you have sort of hit the nail on the head. Increase your calories for a short period. This stimulates you metabolic rate and tells your body that the fasting period is over. Amd as such you begin to burn calories at a much faster rate again. Or you can have one cheat meal. Now by this I mean you go down to a buffet for lunch and have say 2 bowels of soup, followed by an entree' and then a big main meal followed by desert. Now if your body has truely begun to slow down (metabolicaly) then by the time you have finnished the second bowel of soup you should be sweating like you are half way through a massive session of deadlifts. Once this is done then you imeadiately go straight back to your diet.
thanks walla... and actually what I have beem doing with my diet is NOT eating carbs and fats in the same meal, forcing by body to utilize the fats so now I am going to introduce carbs and fats (i.e. pasta/olive oil) to my pre-workout to jumpstart my metabolism... I've also recently (this wk) have changed up my entire routine to strictly bar work for added muscle confusion
No problems mate. Have a look at MCT oil derived from coconuts. It's a fat but it helps to strip fat at the same time. Normal fat is long chain and this stuff is a shorter chain fat. So when it is ingested you body releases a chemical to break down the fat. But eacuse it's a shorter chain fat it will already be broken down. So the chemical that is released to break down tho MCt oil that has been taken then goes to work on the stored fat. It does work but not to the same degree as a thermogenic but might just be another little tool to help out.
Good for you, are you maintaning your strength? I've always felt like cutting should be done with cut cals and cardio. In the end your improved cardio translates with the ability to have more intense lifting sessions. Taking tren I hear kills your cardio....
Tren fucking KILLS my cardio bro, but I'm natty right and preparing for my next cycle... The intersting thing is it's less of a cut and more of a recomp. The word that keeps coming up over and over again is sleek : )
tread-mYuuup, my cardio is gone. Hell I'm breathing hard writing this! Good for you brother, Rockstar Indeed. Keep on keepin on man we're "livin the dream" as thay say.lol
Okay, so I am caught in my flux (192-193)
Now this is the time the seasoned brothers would legitimately turn to thermogenics... An obvious plateau has been hit (NOT as a cheat for quick and easy)
But will I go that route...? Naaaaaah! I still have about a month to hit my goal.
I have changed up my routines, will tweak the diet and UP my Cardio.
Thats right fella's, pulling out the BIG GUNS... PATIENCE! I know, I know... Alot of you guys are thinking "Huh? What lab is that? Do you inject it or ingest it?" Neither you knuckleheads, you LIVE it!
sgtstedankoPlenty of time, brother. patience labs this'd be the perfect ug, for trt, & older guys. Good luck trying to teach patience. That being said, I think I got through to couple in pm's. Keep on keeping on
The best room in the house has done the business again lol.... thats the beginning the middle and the end in our game bro dont we know it well!!
Nice to see results posted without my nemises the clen and t3 showing its face again, you have shown your colors bro by proving our ancient primitive ways still work, i am glad for you! i reckon you could treat yourself to a few more carbs now bro just to create a hold to lock it down.
Aahh april sounds ominous!! am i right to think golden oil is making its appearance???
I've alreday adjusted UP bro and by the looks of it I could probably tweak a little higher but will maintain here for another week or two to gage any fluxuation
No oils yet my man... cycle date set for May 15
Still working on my plan and will post it in a day ot two
192.5 BITCH-CHES!! ::as he gnoshes on turkey and carrots::
Dealing with mood swings because I'm not eating (as much as I want to) but the results keep coming! and the mood swings are FAR less than "certain cycles" I have been known to run.
I'm feeling pretty good right now, I feel as if I'm at peak cardio and have a nice moderate lift going and planning something Completely Different for April...
56tooGood for u bro and thanks, you've given me inspiration to continue in my quest for the best physique I've had in 56 yrs.

Good write up. Diet is key and most people don't relize how important it really is.
sgtstedankoNice, brother. Nice! This is exactly what is needed around here. Lol! *You mean there's something to this whole getting results through hard work, proper diet thing!? Wow, who'd of thunk it? Us your next cycle thread deleted, or am I missing something? Keep up the hard work... I like the commercial jingle @ the end : )
Its been crazy lately, its a good thing you have more patience them me, i seem to just give up after a few trys.
