How long between cycles...

I'm about to finish up a test c cycle and I am already planning for the next but want my body to recover and start pretty fresh next time I decide to pin again. So, I'm wondering how long you guys typically wait between cycles. I know this will vary depending on what you took or are wanting to take but any input is appreciated.

ive heard it said a few times here before... time off= time on + PCT
some people snap back sooner then others. However, starting a cycle without recovering your full natural test production due to the last cycle will increase the chance of being a TRT candidate.
I wait as long as i was on if i did a 12week cycle i wait 12 weeks to go back on.after pct.
That's what I usually do, just a long ass 3 months!
Use the down time well by planning your eating schedule out to a tee and working out the macros so that there is NO guessing involved ... that way the cycle can be nothing but a success, too many people are lazy over this the most important part of any cycle and hit the deck failing once more to hit the planned results.
FAILURE TO PLAN IS A PLAN TO FAIL!!............. Dont be that man
