+ 1 Elevated liver enzymes??
ad
Went to the doc about a month ago for annual blood work, which was about 3 weeks after coming off my first run with Winni 50mg ed... I only ran it for about 2 weeks, because it made me feel like shit. Anyways, blood work showed some pretty high liver enzymes (154 ALT 55 AST). Doc said no sups for a month and to re check after to see if that's what it was. That month is finally up this week but I have also heard weight lifting can attribute to high enzyme levels.... I'm waiting around, hoping that's what it was since I'm wanting to get on some cypionate SOON! Anyone else experienced the same thing? Would the Winnie from 3 weeks prior still effect levels that much?
Thanks guys

juice12345678Your liver enzymes are about as high as someone who drinks 3 or so drinks a night
Don't worry....the liver is very resilient
I've had high levels (just like yours....which isn't that high) and they will fluctuate up and down....
I was actually 5 days off Anadrol and my liver values were practically normal....but a month prior were as high as yours....
You're good brother
Awesome! That's what I wanted to hear. Appreciate the feedback bro!
The 154 ALT could be both. 55 AST is more in line with muscle injury. If you really want to know if you got a liver problem than get GGT test. It's a little more specific test for the liver.

That was actually pretty helpful! Appreciate it!! Go see the dr Thursday and ill bring up that article.
Natures Way Super Thisilyn contains all of the best detoxing things for yr liver i.e. Milk Thistle, L-Methionine, Turmeric, Dandelion, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Alpha lipoic Acid, and other extracts. i had elevated liver enzymes from too many antibiotics. my kevels were substantially lower than yours and it still took about 6 months to return to normal.
Juicing beets, dandelion, dark leafy veggies expedites the process.
Also google Sandra Cabot, MD, shes excellent and has great supplements and knowledge specific to the liver.
Thanks!! Sounds like I need to invest in a juicer.
