HCG...a new fad?

Ok so I researched HCG know what it does and why it's good but is it really necessary?! When I first came a member here no one talked about it and standard was Nolva and clomid with AI while on...however 2 months later all the sudden HCG became a staple in everyone's cycle, well mostly except for the old heads..but that's why I ask for years the old vets on here never used it and most still don't believe in it..I know it only helps you recover faster but when I'm on test I def dont need any help in the sac and when I come off its maybe a week of the blues and then back to feeling great but always maintaining libido..so I guess my final question is, Is it REALLY needed and if so why? And if you don't use it why not? I personally did not run it on my one and only cycle and things were fine so just curious I guess. Thanks guys!

Yeah beginner test cycle you don't need it as much.. when you start adding compounds, upping doses your going to suppress your nuts more.. When they shrink down it makes recovery take longer. The longer it takes you to recover the more gains you lose and the longer you feel like crap.. HCG isn't that expensive and especially for what it does =]

If you have ever ran a 19 nor you will understand why its needed. I rand some deca and didn't use hcg and I had a hell of a time recovering from it.

ok what I know about HCG is you do not run it as a PCT. it shuts down your production of test so you should run it the last 3-4 weeks of your cycle and your boys will bounce back while on your PCT.. I myself have use HCG once in my last cycle and will say my boys were much fuller faster.. this time but some of the vets here will get this topic rolling for you.. I do not feel I will use again just extra cost for my cycle and feel there is no need for me!!
