+ 3 Gramma's acne cure...raw ACV?!?!
So I have messed with raw apple cider vinegar for quite some time now. The real reason I got into drinking a few tablespoons/day was due to my higher protein and probably calcium diet...formation of kidney stones can seem to run in my genetics, thanks Mom :-/
LOL...just kidding, my Mom is actually one of the most wonderful people in the world(besides my wife and kids, of course).
Okay but the point of this lil tidbit for all y'all is that I drink the ACV to break up that stone formation. BUT!!!!....BUT!!!....recently my wife stumbled upon some info on Pinterest about using ACV on your skin to bring your pH back in balance and it helps reduce the formation of acne. I always seem to get a lil body acne on my back and torso while on cycle, towards the end and while tapering off. So the wifey dumped some ACV on my skin with a cotton ball doused in it and actually a few days later my skin began clearing up. She does this on her face once/wk. cuz she has rosacea flareups occasionally and it works wonders for her too!!
So with all that said...if you ladies and gents are looking for a more gentle natural cure to that stubbornsome acne...then try the ACV! Braggs is the shee-it NOOKAS and NOOKARETTES

You can also use it to remove warts. It works better than any otc treatment!

Put a few drops of acv on a cotton ball and tape it over the wart when you sleep. The next morning it will have turned black. Continue for 5 days and it will fall off painlessly. Had one on my wrist and it worked perfect, I even used this method on my 5 y.o. daughter because it was painless. She never once complained.

It sort of worked...but I didn't stick with it for a few days...got lost in the shuffle cuz I was moving. its not as painful as it was tho...so I think it made it 'begin' to go away. I am going to hit it again tonight
plantars warts are a bitch. usually they are covered by a thick layer of skin under the foot. your skin is like 15-30x more thick in areas especially feet and palms. so this approach may be a no go :( sorry bud
Give it a try. Just dont use to much acv because it will irritate the skin around it.
I feel your pain with the kidney stones bud. I've had them since I was 14 and I've passed 27 in my life and had 2 lithotripsy's to have them blasted they suck! Never heard of the ACV for them but now I'm gonna try it out thanks for the advise. I'd plus one you if I could!
