I'm in no way an expert at this game. And I am definitely not as experienced with compounds compared to the rest of the steroid world (members here or not). All of my true knowledge revolves essentially around training and nutrition...and IMO any use of steroids without adequate nutrition and training results in a complete fail. Goals will not be achieved and thats not exactly what we all want here, right?!? I don't know about all of you, but I always have a goal...and I don't just use gear for fun, although I of course have fun with it haha ;-)

Anyway...I recently competed in my first sanctioned powerlifting meet. After many years of injuries and subsequent surgeries, I finally got there. And after many years of trying to rehab myself with the use of steroids(which is why I initially began using them...medicinal reasons...quite effective I might add), and the tinkering around, running this compound and that one, etc...I finally went a lil balls to the wall, threw caution into the wind and ran a decent amount of compounds at once and some very high test. I'll try and make this as concise as possible, here goes:

I believe it was about 16 weeks:

weeks 1-3
800mg test cyp/200mg deca/200mg mast e

weeks 4-5
800mg test cyp/300mg deca/200mg mast e (just upped the deca)

weeks 6-16
1.5g sust/300mg deca/300mg mast e
----weeks 9-13 added 200mg tren e
----weeks 14-16 bumped tren to 300mg

weeks 13-16
20-30mg halo ED
50mg winny ED
50mg dbol ED
60mg var ED
---weeks 14-16 switched dbol to drol 50mg ED

Competition day...I did about 150-200mg drol, 100-150mg dbol, 40mg halo, 100mg var, 1.5mg of methyl tren

I think that's about it. It was hard to keep track sometimes.

Ok...so...NOW my real point I am trying to make here is just look at all this!! My purposes for training and reasons for using all this shit isn't the same as his, hers, yours, or theirs etc. I mainly use steroids for the recovery aspect...with the exception of the orals and the tren of course. Thats mainly for aggression and keeping my weight in check. I'm a weight restricted athlete...and I really have no desire to 'get big and huge' by using gear, I'm not into the whole bodybuilding thing. I respect it of course, and we even have hypertrophy exercises and workouts...but mainly that's our recovery training days with that rep scheme.

Now ultimately, I also want to mention the mental and physical trials of running such a crazy "cycle". I really don't get many side effects...and I have all the control(s), personal or chemical, necessary to do something this involved but for the rest of my life I will NEVER run anything like this EVER AGAIN. In my opinion, it wasn't worth it and I got the same "results" as if I was running half that amount of test for one. My true interest in results is just strength(yes, and recovery)...but elevating my strength and keeping it FOR GOOD, and that really accounts to how we train, NOT the gear.
It was a mental and physical struggle once I went up over a gram of test. I kept thinking "do I feel good or feel like shit"? "Why is my libido suffering?" "Why am I so lethargic?" I kept my estro and progesterone in control the whole time too. And I just continued to push forward thru all the emotional swings and criminal thoughts of flipping shit, breaking jaws and legs...telling myself that it will all come to an end soon. My BP finally went thru the roof...after all these years of never having a problem. And running even that low dose of a quality trenbolone completely thrashed my lipid profile, I'm sure the winny and other orals didn't help. Which leads me to mention...you guys out there running all those super heavy doses and extended weeks of tren, COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY...it'll work just the same on a lower dose, shorter weeks and is a tad more safe as well!! And trust me, I've ran close to 900mgs/wk tren before...same results, so I'm not just blowing smoke ;-)

I can say tho that my liver values are just fine...even after gobbling all the candy I could. Leads me to believe that much of what goes around concerning the dangers of orals nothing but overblown bullshit.

I felt obligated to push the envelope a lil and run this experiment on myself just to see what would happen. I also purposely went overboard a bit to hammer a blow at some crap information I consistently see on here. But that being said, I will never go above a gram of test again...and I learned that the whole ratio game between test and 19's is a fabrication of internet broscience. I've done 3:1 now, 2:1 and 1:1 and it all works and does the same...IMO its all upon the individual to find their sweet spot and stick with it. Me personally, I like 2:1 or even pushing the 1:1 a bit. Many areas of advice on here are just copy and pasted guidelines. Oh and I ran how many orals together?!? And I'm still alive and completely functional...liver is great thank you.

I've got some years in this now...and any of you newer guys looking at info on all the boards, thinking of blasting your body with a shitton of roids like this...think again. Stay light and simple...it works better. You will feel better, look better, have a better libido, and less emotional and physical baggage and you can thank me later. I feel great just on a simple dose of 200mg test/wk...maybe with a squirt of deca/npp here and there...and some proviron. I still lift heavy and pack on the same pounds...funny how it all works in the end here. Have a great one gang!

not trying to toot my own horn her but I believe some time ago after having a few intelligent conversations with a few members concerning issues here on eroids, things like this are more of what THIS is all about and whats needed MORE. so you are very welcome brother and thanks for reading...I just want everyone to read and take what they need and leave the rest behind ;-)

2nd place, shoulda been a 1st place but I tanked my 3rd squat attempt...only lift I missed. Dude beat me by 25lbs. Hit a 1495lb total, 220 weight class. Pro qualifier is 1550...I got that shit in several months!! Then onto RUM!

The oral thing is very individual. You can run 4 orals in high doses and be fine, then I have guys who's liver gets stressed from a little dbol for 4 weeks. It's different for everyone. But for the most part you're correct the toxicity is so over hyped. Doctors prescribe drol at 200-300mg ed for months and months and less then 30% of the people in the trial had elevated liver enzymes and they returned to normal when they came off. And I highly doubt they said "you just drink 2 gallons of water a day and take xxxx liver sups. And were over here tellijg people their livers gonn fall out if they run a mild oral for 6 weeks. So far I'm yet to see my liver enzymes elevated even on accutane with high doses of dbol. Never ran more then one oral at a time tho.

I can only imagine how you felt running this. Probably pretty crappy. Ive never ran anything close to this heavy but it seems the more complicated and advanced things get the shittier I feel. Ive very briefly used some advance techniques and drugs and it's to much responsibility and shit to worry about and variables to dial it. I like to tryn keep it simple, it works for me. Id like to keep it they way.

Exactly it...I couldn't tell if I was coming or going at times lol...feeling off, shitty. And it just came to the point that I couldn't wait to get the meet over with just to taper down. The minuscule amount I am on now is simply...fantastic ;-)

And I remember some conversations a few of us had about posting info like this...just to throw exceptions into the rule ;-)
I feel it needs said instead of these topics being so undercover/shunned...we are here to learn and spread knowledge, you know especially since this is such a black market taboo science

It seems like adding more AAS into a cycle just seems to increase sides after a point and just ends up making you feel like bag of crap with no positive gains.

Pretty much. That's what I learned.

I'm happy that all of this seems to get the point across to you...wasn't sure it would make sense.

I felt good...but it was like a "rough" good. Sides...yes. I felt there was just too much else to concentrate on to enjoy myself...until my meet day tho...that was the BEST!! LOL

Im new to the forum and you are so right. My experience goes back to the 80's and there was never loads like Ive seen going on in some circles. You said it best light and simple

Problem is back in the 80s the gear was all pharm grade and properly dosed. Most of the time we think were running 800mg but with underdosing it turns out were running more like 400mg. Check my blood work. I can't even find good test the most basic compound and I don't bargin shop I buy from very highly rated sources and brands. Good friend of mine been at this for 38 years and he tells me about back in the 70s when he could take 250mg of test and get strong as an ox. More then 50% of ugls are crap. So why not go pharm grade? Cause a huge majority of that is all fake also. It's a crap shoot. Viking, probably our most knowledgable member said it best. "Thank god I already built my physique cause if I had to with the crap that dominates the market i would have to get used to pinning 13 grams a week" lol. There is some good labs out there tho but they're few and far betwen.
