Fitness Trackers

Does anyone use a fitness band to track recovery, heart rate, etc??? I’m looking at some of these fitness trackers and don’t know anything. YouTube seems like a giant advertisement. Any input is appreciated.

I use the galaxy watch 8 classic. This thing is my favorite gym toy. Can give you rough bf% and muscle mass in lb, within 10% of dexa which doesn't say much. but it definitely is able to track trends and even body water%. it's fun to see on/off cycle as it can give you an idea of what's going on, i use it for Heart rate, steps and running coach. Can track sleep and listen for apnea. If u jailbreak it, it can even do blood pressure estimation within like 10mm mercury if you have a good cuff to calibrate it with. Samsung health app is dope af. Only problem is that when i jerk off or throw the old lady around, it thinks i'm working out lol
unseen423I have a whoop and I like it...No clue how accurate it is, but I do find it to be consistent as far as step count, RHR, and heart rate. I have it tied into my Cronometer app as well. I like being able to use 2 straps- one for my wrist, but then a bicep band for jiu jistu, and days when I wear my Versagrips or wrist wraps.
I like my apple watch for steps, heart rate during cardio and RHR.
Jrihard89Tbh they’re all off somewhat. Of those I’ve read the Apple Watch is closest! Garmin I think is the name of the fancier ones that tested well!
