Vastus Intermedius Injection

Im thinking about pinning in my Vastus intermedius part of the quad and I was wondering if anyone here has done it there if they could give me any tips. Where the nerves are at and if I should pin higher or lower on it.

AnonDude u can look at roadmaps of nerves on google and itll never be super accurate to not hit a nerve. But u should be fine as long as u dont go more than an inch and dont hit an artery
try pinning rectus femoris instead
I just looked at a picture on google and it looks like the rectus femoris is the same as the Vastus intermedius I can't tell the difference
the vastus intermedius is underneath and crosses over

I use my iphone and i cant do it.
I'm on my PC but I could do on laptop. Screens cracked on my iphone so I don't use it unless I'm texting/calling lol
It says the Vastus intermedius is under the rectus femoris so I guess it is a deeper muscle. Would you pin higher or lower on the rectus femoris?
I would pin anywhere on rectus femoris but middle upper has always been extremely successful for me. I love hitting quads and I always do rectus fem.
I seem to hit a nerve every time I try vastus lateralus
never done it - but beware your arteries run down the inside of your leg... I would stay away from pinning them unless you have a "roadmap" for your arteries.
