+ 4 Bicep Monday!!!!!!
I just wanna give a shout out to everyone for there pic posts!!! Some awesome guns here. This started over a yr ago me and ace started doing this and then it stopped as quickly as it started. I kinda missed it and start trying to hype the nation up. Made the announcement last night for today and boom!!! Got over a dozen really nice arm pics. I really wish I could post a winner for the whole community to see because some of these arms deserve the recognition! Maybe one day I can host a once a month bicep show with winners that would be so bad ass and it helps encourage the community to post self pics. Lots of small or less defined people don't post pics because of a certain stigmata some members have. Where not all BB but we are all here trying to met or goals which might not be yours. 
but here there is no negativity just simply the top 3 arms! That would be so sick I think. Maybe one day..... Could post a banner for the winner on the homepage for 1st place or something this would be Kool and you could only win once a year to keep the spot open for different people. Haha if only I could host something like this! Not as much to gain as an EBC but it could be fun to partake in. And a good time for guys and girls (I see those guns Suzy!)to strut there egos around lol. Again thank you for everyone that has posted and if you haven't yet please do!!! It's Monday tell midnight get them In. Also if guys want to post your arm links in here you can.

Seen this too bro but it's weird cuz a mod posted bicep pics for this. I will make a group and put it to rest. Don't want anyone to think this is a karma whoring deal because it's not it's a friendly competition.

Papapump77I see . Hope that happens . Maybe even get some donations to go tords the monthly winners . Even if its something small like a 10ml of test . One person chips in for the winner of that month . I'd help out with that. It's a long shot but just a suggestion
Benny BlancoI agree, it was very heartwarming to see the turnout today. At least a couple guys were hesitant, but basically said "fuggit, what the hell" I thought it was a cool way to break the ice. If a competition was ever possible, it would be awesome to see someone place poorly early on, but progress through a cycle enough to potentially win by the end. Interesting idea
Yes like score extremely poor first month but by the 8th month the win the whole dam thing!!!! I didn't think very many guys posted floating around the si's but when I pulled up self shots and seen all the members posted it put a smile on my face. It was extremely awesome and was heartwarming for me as well. You remember when me and you were the only 2 guys to post.

I hope it keeps up I think everyone should be proud of there bodies even if some asshole tells them other wise. We are not all body builders I repeat we are not all body builders!! Haha
That really is a good idea. Seeing other people working hard towards their goals gives me a kick start to get off my butt and get after it!!
I'm glad bro a friendly way for bros (girls I cluded) to push eachother to do better. A little friendly competition. I think the winner will have a banner on front page with his arm pic blown up and under it "Eroids Best Arm For The Month of ???." It would be sweet!

Haha if you host a bicep competition.. I call dibs on hosting a leg comp.. How about Wheel Wednesday.. Every Wednesday we get people to show off their wheels! Whether it be calves or quads or hams.. Whichever!
