Soo it’s been two weeks and this lump isn’t going away in my ass…it’s entirely my own fault I use one inch darts and burry them all the way but got distracted as I was pinning and by the time I turned around to check it out the pin wasn’t even quarter inch deep and 2.5cc was already in….not hot to the touch or red at all and no fevers at all so was hoping it would go away on its own but it’s not…it’s not getting any worse but it’s also not getting any better so guess I have to man up and go into the ER uhhggg I already have a history of infections from pins so I’m pretty sure I can’t lie to them and say it’s from anything other that what it is…uhhgg

Hope it subsides/doesn't develop into a sterile abcess and no hospital visit is required bro. That is pretty gnarly. I personally like 1.5" darts for the glutes and 1" for everywhere else like delts, pecs and traps.
I’m afraid it’s already a sterile abscess…I really really don’t want to go in but it’s been 15 days today since the injection….but like I said it’s not red or even sore at this point and I don’t have a fever but I have been abnormally tired this last few days

To put in perspective my man you basically have a 2.5 cc sub q injection which is 5 TIMES over the recommended inj volume for sub q. Man I remember trying sub q at .3cc in the belly and it seemed like it took forever for that small knot to go away. Anyways wish you the best and keep us updated.

It's been 15 days? Hate to say it bro, but it's hospital time. Catch it asap before the flesh rots and you end up with a hole....seriously. The oil hasn't dissipated and can't be absorbed due to fact that it never made it into the muscle, (injection was too shallow) but on top of it rather, if you wait longer the flesh will eventually start to rot and won't be pretty from the pics I've seen. You essentially sub-q'ed 2.5cc. Needs to be drained or cut out, not exactly sure what they'll do, but something needs to be done cause it's been long enough and doesn't seem to be subsiding.
Currently waiting in the ER hopefully I haven’t waited too long on this one and they can help me without any crazy surgical procedures other than drain it out and load me up with antibiotics

I’ve been doing the heating pad and no homo I take epsom salt baths every night before I shower I got into epsom salt baths like 5 years ago and they just seem to help my aching oldish body from the years of construction labor and weight lifting…and I definitely don’t want to go in but this damn thing just isn’t going down
