ACV may help HBP/LDL

ad

I was doing some rando research and came across a neat study.

A lot of us dabble with a little more than just Test, and some known sides of using gear are bad cholesterol/LDL & higher blood pressure. Now I'm not saying the need for BP meds and diuretics are not necessary, but apparently Apple cider vinegar may help out with these side effects. I'll link the study I found from UCLA.

I guess it also helps regulate blood glucose too.

It was a small case study so take from it what you will. Thought it could be useful. Maybe you'll find it interesting too. Anyone use apple cider vinegar/acv?

Ive been using it for a while now for all the reasons stated. I started tossing a few tablespoons in a glass of water. But realized I was probably declaring war on my tooth enamel. I discovered the capsules and have been taking 1200mg daily. Whether or not its actually effective, I'm not entirely sure. But everything its meant to regulate seems to be in order.
A note to the pickle juice drinkers- Its terrible for your teeth. I'm a fan of pepperoncini juice myself. But I've been avoiding it for that very reason.

Thanks for the pointers broski. I'd like to keep my teefs. Pickle juice is justtasty so tasty. Never really went out my for it, but I dont mind doing so now.

How does one go about getting apple cider vinegar capsules though?

I found some at Costco. They're easily available over the counter. One google search is all it takes.

True. Just weird envisioning vinegar in a cap.

I've not tried it yet, but I know many on here do use it for things such as Acid Reflux. Think Bill's a big user of it.

I have acid reflex sometimes from all the meals. Would be cool if it helps.

The idea behind it is we arent digesting the food we eat.
So the extra acid from the vinegar helps break the food down . So as to not have a build up that comes up your throat ( no homo) . Which is what causes the burning. It's not supposed to be there

The extra acidity would make sense to help break some foods down and stay down.

Haha, I've noticed the "no homo" every time something homo comes up. I seen it in a few other posts, too. It makes me laugh like a mother.

What about my mother?

Ha just kidding

She did have a nice laugh . Thanks I haven't thought about that in a while.

For what it's worth, you're welcome Bill. I miss my momma. Wasn't necessarily the best relationship, but still.

A little cider is good for you.

The trick I use for acid reflux was pickle juice.
Though cider vinegar would do the same.

Haven't had heart burn in years.

I have read where the vinegar helps with blood pressure.
I've used it to try to help. Not sure on the results as I was throwing a few things at it at the time. What worked was to get off the tren.

Pickle juice, huh. That stuff is delicious. Do you mean mix it with the apple cider vinegar or go for the pidkles? It's funny because you're spot on about how to lower the bp. Just come off the gear.

Maybe I'll do a check up on bp at the docs and see if it's any lower after a few weeks of the acv.

Yes I just had a big swallow (no homo) of my favorite flavor pickles every morning . Then again if it flared up during the day. Took about a month to fix it. And I have left my truck running with the door open to collapse in the med aisle of the EZ mart to eat tums by the package. Kind of heart burn. I also quit eating some foods.

That's some mean heart burn Bill! G. Good thing you've found a remedy. I I'm going to have to give it a go for sure now.
