How do I post a Profile Picture?

I've uploaded a few pictures of myself and my gear without any problems, but I can't figure out how to put up a profile picture. Been looking around in different forums, but can't find anything that'd help. Can't be that hard, right? What am I missing?

perform the following:
Ckick Profile
Click edit account
Click upload picture
Click save.
If you have performed the above steps and your picture dose not display, read this.
