KARMA EXPLAINED
Points distribution is based on contribution with different modifiers.
Even if you don't like it, this was a much needed change, karma circlejerking and whoring for promos was a problem with the previous setup. A lot of high level badges were earned "illegally".
Users were granted when karma was being recalculated and distributed:
- 1 Comment karma for every 10 comments.
- 1 Review karma for 5 reviews.
- 1 Pic karma for 5 pics.
- 1 Forum karma for 5 forum posts.
- 1 Group karma for 5 group posts.
- 1 Karma for 1 cycle log.
- 1 karma for 10 news posts.
Since launch, new rules are in effect:
- 1 Karma when post or comment is up/down voted.
- 1 Review Karma when a Review is submitted.
- 1 Pic Karma when pic is submitted.
- 1 Forum Kama when forum post is submitted.
- 1 Cycle Karma for a cycle submitted.
- 1 News Karma for submitted news.

I am having a hard time following the reply streams. It seems like they all run together and you can't really tell who is replying to what. Need to a way to make the different reply tracks easier to follow like they were with the old version.
The reply comment needs to be moved into the right more doesn't it.

Would it be possible BFG to allow more than 10 friend icons to be seen at a time when they are online? Mine now show as 2 pages and it just makes it harder to keep track of who is on.
I liked it better when they were at the top of screen instead of bottom. Made it easier to see when someone came on.
Yes maybe it would be better if they were back at the top but keep the new rolling feature where no matter where you are on the page they still appear rather than scrolling to the top each time.

Bigun2Basically summarizes how I’m feeling today. I went from 193 to 55. I spent a ton of time in the forums and helping people to wake up and have 70% of my karma erased.
It’s cool I don’t run shit here and at the end of the day it’s just internet points, but it was an indication that I’d added value to the site. Feeling pretty jaded about the site today.

Yep you mean when you scrolled through your track it showed when someone had responded to the post and it listed it back at the top of the page again? That somehow needs to be added again I feel unless I am navigating it wrong ....

Trying to figure out out what all the icons mean in forums. Green stars, something looks like red flames? Is there a key somewhere explaining all of these different icons and colors?
I haven't had time to write documentation yet. If you hover over icons (not all) a popup will appear explaining what it is
The old version for the phone is very convenient and it is good for the computer.
According to beta test feedback, this version is much nicer on phones and tablets.
I’ll agree with that. This version is easier to navigate on a phone.

karma is given with tumbsup but not on post older than 30 days and comments older than 14 days.
So will karma given by a thumbs up disappear after 30 days on posts and 14 days on comments?
Definitely not a fan of the new site. And everyone’s karma is lowered and all my messages are gone. Some of them are really important and involve several orders. Hopefully it’s just a hiccup and everything gets resolved.

This isn't a hickup. Messages are gone, we had a warning up in bold red font for days.

I’m navigating through and trying to get familiar and came across the reviews linked in my profile. I clicked read reviews and saw a lot of the information I wrote in the review isn’t there any longer ie numbers based on bloods for compounds and baselines. Why are they edited out or did I miss something?
