cell phone IP address issue for BFG

BFG....Please accept my friend request so we can figure out an issue I am having with my IP address linked through my phone. I have no eroids on the go and it sucks. Delete me as friend once resolved i dont care but I want to get this fixed. It says im blocked from my phones IP due to spamming. REALLY??? kidding me??? Im the last person to do shit like that and from my phone I mostly only do reading etc....

ok just to clear my name of any suspision of spamming BFG has responded to me and all is taken care of. He can vouche if any question that I in fact am clear of being associated with any of the trolls or spammers on this site. I was seriously stressin that someone somehow was able to use my IP somehow or another.
I just checked it and it says (uploads disabled) in the pic area. I'll check my settings, but I am using a smartphone so I may have trouble.

I've been trying to get an avatar by my name. When I go to edit, under my password there's a box that says pics disabled. I tried clicking on the box, but nothing happens. I don't care what my avatar is I just want something so my friends can identify me easier.
I've no idea what you're talking about.
There isn't any message of that kind supposed to show with that pic uploading button.
Are you using any browser extensions that would prevent you from uploading, or maybe browsing with javascript turned off? Maybe try an alternative browser.

Click on the Contact link on my profile page and send your ip address.
