Looking to BURN THIS FAT, stay solid, and try to pack on a little lean muscle... so re-comp?
My ENTIRE family is obese (If you cant tell by my spare tire, its in our genes :/ ), and I have fought it this long, but wanna get in "cut-up" shape just to make my dad proud, so this EBC is my much needed motivation.
And a early thanks to Viking, for helping me out with a plan 
Also, I see some guys on some serious cycles for this ebc, Im just using Test E + determination ;) Wish me luck haha
Edit:So let me just say...I had 0, I mean 0 cheat days! Also 0 carbs after 2pm!
So I cut all the way down to 172lbs, AND came back up to a solid 187-189...and found veins and muscles I didn't know I had
