Mrs. Fit, the first lady competitor I've seen on the EBC and I welcome you aboard. I have no idea what it takes for women to come in dialed. I have a friend that is very active in the competition field and she always amazes how well she can transform herself with the greatest of ease. You look good at this body weight and I hope you can maintain it while trying to make more improvements. Don't go back to your before photos.

Thank you. I worked very hard lifted some heavy weight but i think I've always been pretty strong for a little one.can't believe how much i changed in 10 weeks.
