So I’ve been back fertile for about 6 weeks. My wife isn’t pregnant yet but we’ve been tweaking a few things to increase our odds of success.

The biggest change is I’m back on 200mg Test Cyp per week divided into 100mg We’d/100mg Sat. My body does not make Test naturally and what we found is it doesn’t matter how many sperm I make if I have 0 libido and can’t get/maintain an erection it’s difficult to get those sperm to the eggs. So started this 5 weeks ago and we have been cracking daily whereas previously we might have sex 2x month. Not great for conception odds. But we have fixed that. Libido is roaring and chasing my wife around the house is fun again.

I’m still taking HMG 3x week (Mon/We’d/Fri) at 75iu per day and HCG on the other days at 500iu/day. I’m taking Clomid 50mg ed Mon-Fri before bed. This seems to decrease sides as it’s processing through my system while I sleep. The fertility doc prescribed it 5 days per week so I’m just going with it.

I’m still on the same vitamin stack but I’ve added Selenium at 200mcg ed, Black Maca at 3g ed and Carnatine at 3g ed. Shoutout to Trash300 for helping me tweak my vitamins/doses. Dude knows his shit.

My diet is mostly Keto currently as I gained 30 lbs taking a bunch of pregnancy hormones coupled with 0 Test in my system for 6 months. I got really fat; the good news is I know how to fix that. My wife has started a Mediterranean diet. Her doctor says it has a lot of benefits that will be helpful with conception.

So that’s a good synopsis of where we are at. I want to document this journey in detail all the way through conception so other guys in the same boat can reference it and hopefully it proves useful to helping them regain fertility.
