+ 12 Fertility/Spermatogenesis reboot using HCG/HMG/Clomid after multiple years Blasting/Cruising
So I have been cycling off and on the past decade. The past 4 years at a TRT dose of 200mg Test C per week.
Started cycling at 26 (too young, I know; hindsight is 2020). I found Eroids a few years back and luckily had all of the wisdom of the board to draw upon over the years to keep it relatively safe. Cycles consisted of Test, Tren, various orals, etc.
Fast forward to 2020 and I’m newly married and we would like to conceive. Tried for a year without success then went to the fertility specialist to see where the issue was. My wife, thank God, is completely healthy. I have 0 sperm count and test levels of almost 0 naturally. The fertility doctor prescribed me 50mg Clomid per day 5x week. I sent him studies and asked him to prescribe HcG and HMG. He refused to do so. I decided what we were doing wasn’t working and I needed to be more aggressive with my protocol.
So today I’ve been taking Clomid 50mg Mon-Fri since August 2020. Recently I’ve ordered HcG and HMG from a source here as well as more Clomid. I also have AI on hand to use as needed.
I’m going to document my results here in hopes of helping others later on in a similar situation. I will have bloods drawn periodically and document those results for the forum members as well. Hopefully my experience can help someone and in short order we can all celebrate a new baby on the way into the world!

I had blood work done by a urologist to check my testosterone levels. The blood work showed I had low testosterone and the urologist prescribed me TRT. I asked the urologist if TRT will lower my sperm count, and if so it would be a concern since I was trying to father a child. I explained that we had been trying for a year and were not able to conceive. He said "everyone is different, let's try the TRT and test your sperm levels after we get you a baseline on the testosterone." After a couple months on TRT, the sperm count test showed my levels were below the threshold. I had to stop the TRT. Then I started seeing a fertility doctor. My fertility doctor advised that me that TRT will adversely impact sperm quantity and quality and was baffled why the urologist prescribed TRT to a patient that had wanted to father a child. I was prescribed 25mg of clomid per day for 6 months by the fertility specialist. Afterwards all the numbers were good on sperm count/motility test. They tested for other things like sperm shape and other factors but I can't recall since it was like 4 years ago. Now I am a father of two. Yes, stopping TRT will make you feel like crap, but it is something you must do if you want to be a dad unless you are in the special elite group where TRT won't affect your sperm levels enough to deter pregnancy.
I go doing this protocol bro, thanks for sharing,u running test TRT or off complet?
Bigun2I’m doing 100 mg Test Cyp every 3.5 days. Let me know if you have questions. I waited until about 6 weeks ago to start TRT. I came off completely and was miserable.
Also, also, completely off, 2 weeks I felt weak, without energy, tired, like depressed, low sex drive, lost erections in the middle of sex, so i say fuck that and today I applied 125mg test, how older u are bro ?
Bigun236 I did the no test for 6 months. Rough time.
Brother try it,
Ashwagandha with arginine and zinc ,
It helped me a lot .
This info below is from the internet,
Ashwagandha may help boost fertility and promote reproductive health, especially in men. In one 3-month study in 75 men experiencing infertility, five grams of ashwagandha daily increased sperm count and motility ( 10 ).
Try it please .
Good luck!!
Bigun2I will check it out. I’m already on arginine and zinc but the Ash sounds beneficial as well. Thank you!
Bigun2YOO I got a lot of sperm. 50.6 million whereas anything over 16 million is considered good. Of those motility is 23% where they’d like to see 40%+. Progressive motility is 6% where 3-4 is considered awesome. So definitely good news! Will post pic of tests once I get the document but the doctor just called to tell me we are in business!!
250ius of HGC ED worked for me, could have been 3 x a week it was a long time ago but I did stay on TRT the whole time. Good luck fella, there are things your partner can do to improve her chances which could help.
Bigun2Yea the biggest problem I’ve had is lack of desire. I thought ab using 50mg cyp a week just to keep some libido up but was afraid it would prove suppressive.
Has this protocol worked for u, I guess no bro!? Too high HCG , too less HMG, too short and Clomid not necessary if u use HMG. 9g DAA, way too much! 3-4g max!
I'd prefer, 150 HMG 3x week / 1000 HCG 3x week max. / no Clomid / no DAA / add Selenium 200mcg and 3g Carnitine per day. 8-16 weeks
Alexiotopgood stack , hmg and hcg works wonder
Bigun2Thanks for your suggestions. Appreciate the feedback!
Overstimulating your LH will "kill" u, I don't know how long and much roids u've used in the past but my honest opinion, with your protocol u'll stay infertile (if u r).
Bigun2Appreciate your opinion. I’m starting week 4 tomorrow. I’ve dropped the hcg down to 1250iu eod. I’m going to continue to run the hmg at 75iu eod as well. I’ve also dropped the Vit C, DAA and L-Arginine to 2x day. I’ll run this protocol 3 more weeks and reassess.
HMG 75 EOD is very good but drop your HCG down to 500 bud, trust me, Vit C u can use 2-3g, DAA 3g, Arginine not necessary but helpful, add Selenium 200mcg and Q10 200mg ed and try to increase this stack to further 8 weeks instead 3.
mauieLike the topic. Wish you luck and good health, brother +1 for sharing your story
I would listen to your doctor for now. If your test is zero then clomid should work on its own to restart your natural testosterone production. It took you 10 years to get to this point. It’s going to take at least a few months to recover if you can...
Best of luck on your recovery.
Bigun2Thank you for the words of encouragement.
Maybe check out the
"More plates more dates "
Youtube channel
He says he has links to his doctors there who will prescribe you legally what you need.
Best wishes
Bigun2I appreciate the suggestion and encouragement! I will look into his YouTube. Thank you!
Good luck. Hopefully it works out well for you.
Bigun2Thank you. I’m planning multiple blood tests throughout the process to hopefully provide some data to the forum for future guys who find themselves in the same boat. Appreciate the support!
That will be nice to see.
Bigun2I like data. I feel like lab results give definitive evidence of what’s going on with our body vs the subjective “feel” or going off of symptoms. I’m interested to see how it turns out and how my body responds. There is also the hope of being able to give my wife the greatest desire of her heart ie: becoming a first-time mother.
It’s hard to vocalize the heartbreak of watching your wife be emotionally crushed month after month when we’re again not pregnant. I just kind of decided I had to do something, so this is what I’ve come up with based off my research. I need to post some links to studies I’ve found re: hcg, hmg, Clomid for post aas use fertility issues and also a couple studies I found on vitamin protocols to increase fertility.
So brother you wife got pregnant or not yet ?
Bigun2Lol not yet. Damned holiday USPS it may be 2023 before she does.
I wish the best for you!
Also add to your list ,
Zinc,
D3,
Arginine,
Folic acid.
fenugreek.
Them will help you a lot .
Good luck .
Always go the natural route first!
Can be pricey.... I also like the Plant Sterols product from universal nutrition.
Bigun2Ah, I’m taking all that except fenugreek. I’ll do some research on it. Thank you for the suggestion!
