Any issue I’ve had I’ve handled direct in pm haven’t needed to go to negative review, you see so many idiot on here daily putting a neg review after an international order doesn’t land in a week and they don’t contact owner. @Greg has his work cut out for him.
Once you have used the product and are able to leave a solid review. So depending on what it is, if its test e, a good 10-12 weeks would be sufficient . If its for boner/pump pills, it could be less.

An argument could be made that negative reviews don't count as they could be considered a PSA.
Just my opinion,.................but a negative review then corrected to positive would count as two.
