+ 1 Gyno on trt?

ad

I’ve been on 100mg a week (split Monday and Thursday). Everything was going smooth and feeling my best. Suddenly 8 month later my test levels go up and e2 went up. Same pharmacy and same dosage so not sure how that even happens.
Left nipple has been sore and I have some mass under it that went from the size of a pea to probably the size of a bean. Cant see in mirror but I for sure feel it when I touch around there. Started taking .25 anastrozole twice a week.
Should I try anything else to get rid of it or is ai all I need?
Should I try a serm?
(The blood work attached from before starting the ai)

Jesus. I don't think I've ever seen anyone respond like that. You're a very high responder. That's a 14.82 multiplier on 100mg a week. Exemestane has always gotten rid of a lump for me. And I was told that constantly feeling/rubbing it can make it worse. Which I'm sure you are doing because I know I couldn't leave mine alone. Lol

Raloxifene Is the way to go. More effective than tamoxifen and low side effects

My first idea would be to aim for lower total test around 900-1100. What were your levels before self prescribed TRT? Per your profile… you are 5’9 150ish lbs with greater 20%bf. Are those your real stats? If you are overweight, that’ can be an issue.

My total T was around 141 before starting. Im 5’6 around 145 atm. (I’ll have to edit my profile) Lost a good amount of weight. Probably still not low enough to avoid e2 issues.

Solid. I would adjust test intake. Your test sensitivity has probably increased with your fat loss. Tamoxifen will punch it out as stated. Keep it up.

You need a SERM I would recommend getting Raloxifene, it is very effective at getting rid of gyno.

I would recommend tamoxifen at 20mg ed. I've only ever used tamoxifen, never an ai and my estrogen sits at around 100. have you got any other side effects from estrogen being around 70?

Not really, nothing crazy at least. Maybe some acne on the chest. The gyno and sore nipple was the main concern for me.
