Hey yall!
I just got back from my men’s church retreat and we talked a lot about rising up. Rising up to keep our brothers in Christ accountable, how us men need to rise up past the Lukewarm Christian’s, take on ministering our family, and others!
I wanted to just talk about the work on the cross here, a place like minded men can talk testimony, ask questions and be the men God created us to be!
Christ saved me, he has never failed in carrying my cross when I am weak. Us men, we are conditionally loved everywhere we go. We will be loved greatly if we can provide, care, and raise up others. It’s not an unconditional love. It’s hard on us, society today is built to break men like us. Know who doesn’t conditionally love? Jesus. His grace and love is free, it’s a gift. We are all broken and sinners… but through the blood shed of our king we have all been saved.

I don’t want to get myself in trouble, so, all I can say is it really needs to stop with these people. It’s literally the entire world against them, because the entire world knows. One of the biggest things crushing men today, real men and those young men early in their journey is the extreme conditionality of value we have to people. IF you're tall enough, tough enough, earn enough, are handsome enough, support people, etc... then you're valuable.
But don't have emotions about anything, don't be violent, don't drink or drug, spend time with friends, work too much, bla bla bla. We have so many duites and rules and are often faulted for being masculine and seem to only have value when we accomplish things for others. We often have to continually prove ourselves while other seem to have unconditional inherent value.
I wouldn’t understand why some of you would hate maybe lay off the Tren..
What I don’t understand is why all the hate ? If this brother found his salvation through a religious belief, peace be upon him. Others found their meaning in love, hobbies, travel, research etc. Whatever anyone does that find a “path” that fulfills them for the better, more power to them.

I myself have my own relationship with God and since this was a public forum I ask questions because when someone says they KNOW the TRUE Jesus then I am going to question the hell out of it. How do you know the true Jesus but I dont know the true Jesus? Who said so?
This is exactly why I don't talk religion because people get really butt hurt over it and you can look at my votes, I never once downvoted anyone on this topic in this forum. Yet I see lots of down votes on people in here on a topic that has nothing to do with Gear.
I’m the same way. This world is chaos and if someone’s beliefs provides a source of meaning or perseverance, who am I to question. I just request the freedom to have my own views as I respect others.

No one knows anything. Jesus could very well be the truth. To say anyone’s beliefs are nonsensical (unless they’re harmful) is ridiculous. This is the way. Its non-denominational & built into who we are. Deep inside we KNOW. It is why we search and feel and better ourselves. Organized religions are simply mans attempt to replicate & understand ourselves & All That Is.
The reason (nearly) all spiritual disciplines echo the same simple sentiments is becasue they share the same source They are blurry snapshots of the same idea. We are expressions of Source in form, God in flesh.

I'll Bite. I was new Christian in Mobil,Al (BibleBelt+++) long time ago and we were to take our new faith to the neighborhoods round the area, god bless them southern Baptist. Now some invited us in, some slammed the door and some ridiculed us till we got back in our cars. This is how it goes if you engage in Proselytizing, Evangelizing, or Missionizing. Take your message to Iran, spread the good news for a day or 2 and report back to how you are received. Plus: I am certain name calling will never convert or convince anyone to open their hearts brother. Please, in the future, consider the possible reactions when you do this in a public forum and what you are truly trying to accomplish. "Read the Room" so-to-speak.....
