Having popped my 1 year cherry, I wanted to share a few pictures showing where I started, what was used, and where I hope to go.
I started this journey at 180lbs. The start was rough too. I despised working out and would find anyway possible to slime my way through getting done. Roughly 4 or 5 months in, I started loving the process. I ended up getting a gym membership and made multiple friends in there. I started to feel better mentally and physically. Having got up to 237lbs, I felt powerful, but also knew it was definitely time to go on a bit of a cut too. Now the plan is to cut back down to 215lbs and try to stay around 12-15% bf while attempting the climb to 260lbs.
