Lose chest fat.

ad

Hi guys,

Trying to lose the fat in my chest and finding it impossible, i went from 89kg to 82kg and lost fat around stomach etc but the chest fat won't shift.

I've got tirz on the way to see if that will help. Any ideas?

Cheers, Andy.

It's definitely a hard stubborn area to lose fat but unfortunately as mentioned you can't spot reduce

What you want is a mastectomy.

As stated below, it’s impossible to target location specific body fat loss. I often remind people when they complain about not losing stomach fat that they can’t forget that they have fat on their back, sides, arms, legs, etc and when your body is burning fat, for energy, it doesn’t give a fuck where it comes from. All you can do is keep working, monitoring your progress, ensuring your overall body that percentage is consistently decreasing, and the chest fat will eventually go.

One question that is worth asking- When you say, chest fat, are you talking about even evenly dispersed fat on your chest or specifically around your nipples aka “man boobs? If you are specifically referring to Man boobs, it is possible that she may be looking at some gyno, or actual breast tissue that has developed due to naturally occurring or AAS induced hormone imbalances. If that’s the case, you can somewhat minimize it using a SERM like Nolva, but it will only be effective while you are using it. The only way to get rid of actual gyno is surgical removal.

If you are referring to evenly dispersed that across your entire chest, just keep grinding the diet and reasonable caloric deficits, and it will eventually go away.

If you are referring to male breast enlargement aka gyno, it will have to be surgically removed.

Hi, thanks for the detailed reply.

I would say its evenly spread out, i had it before i started training and taking aas etc. Don't have any of the usual symptoms of gyno.

I'll keep working away and eating clean and see where i am in 6 month.

Thanks again.

You can’t really target specific fat spots, some of us have stubborn fat in certain areas that take a while (meaning lower bf%) to get rid of.
