Hi, stumbled across the site a while ago while trying to find the cause of my anxiety/ depression / ed / moodswings and the rest of the shit i have been going through.
I went to my gp to get my testosterone checked which he eventually did but it was like getting blood from a stone and eventually got my total t tested at 11.6. But it was the symptoms which i worried about most.
I ended up going it alone and will do bloods myself.
Wish i could have found you guys sooner. Life is looking up!!

I don't even ask my doc for labs anymore since they always give bare minimum. there're many sites you can order whatever you want for cheap.
Interesting, welcome
Thanks.
Oh should probably mention, was complaining of a sore left testicle for years but gp said it was fine, scans said it was fine. Until i was blue lighted into hospital to get it removed due to my body being septic because of it.
So it’s removed? And he still gave you a hard time about getting levels checked? Also I’m assuming your not in the US because you said your level was 11. I’ll have to look up the conversion but in the us, normal is like 200-1000 so either your using deferent unit of measurement or you have the testosterone levels of a dead kitten
Yeah its gone, 11.6 total is low 300s. Gp said that is perfectly fine without measuring anything else or taking inti account the symptoms i had. Instead was hitting me with anti depressants.
I hope you are looking for a new doctor.
Yeah sure am, hopefully the next one is a bit more understanding.
If I had a constant sore testicle and nothing was being done, I would have found a new doctor. That dumb fuck cost you a testicle.
Certainly looks that way mate, not holding a grudge though. Shit happens and you move on.
That's a great attitude to have. Shit certainly does and will continue to happen.
Oh hell no. I’d talk to a lawyer and see if you can sue. Do you know how much a court would value a fucking lost testicle at? That’s not a joke and I don’t think they take that lightly. But with medical lawsuits it has to be something that’s clearly negligent or something. Like if you get a droppy face from Botox, that’s a normal side effect so as long as the doc didn’t do anything crazy than you couldn’t sue. So if another doctor would’ve looked at him and said “you definitely need something done for that testicle” and this doctor didn’t and you end up losing it, then there might be a case.
