Looking for advice.

Hi, i'm 42 and have been on 150mg of test c for around 6 months. I'm in the middle of losing a bit of weight and training 3 x per week. 5'11" and 13.5 stone atm ) i'm beginning to see some size changes which is great.
I'm thinking of upping the test dose for 12 weeks with an ai on hand then going back to 150 etc.
Does this sound good or should i lose more weight first.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Congrats on the progress so far that’s awesome. Bumping your Test dose for a 12-week ‘blast’ can help build more muscle, especially if you’re already consistent with your diet and workouts. Just keep a few things in mind:
Health Check: Get recent blood work so you know what’s going on before upping the dose.
Body Composition: If you still want to drop more fat, it might be better to stick to 150 mg until you’re leaner.
Diet & Training: Make sure both are dialed in—you’ll get the most out of any extra Test if your nutrition and workouts are on point.
AI on Hand: Good idea to have it ready, but use it only if you see real signs of high estrogen.
Back to 150 mg: Transitioning back to your TRT dose is normal; just keep an eye on how you feel.
Ultimately, it’s up to whether you’re happy with your current body comp. Some prefer losing a bit more weight first, others jump right into a blast.
Thanks for the help guys, will take it on board and get my diet and weight in check first before moving on. Appreciate your time. Thanks.
More than happy to answer any and all questions. I’m happy you’re choosing to do things the right way- your body will thank you.
anvilCongrats on doing it correctly. Just keep going on the current dose until you are in the best shape you can possibly get. The leaner you are , the less side effects you will get from gear when you are ready to move up in dose.

I will always say get your diet and workout routine dialed in before upping drug intake.
Thanks mate, i also corrected my grammar. Posting this while walking off a ferry --
Haha gotcha hate to be that dude lol. Yeah man- really research and educate yourself before blasting anything in my opinion. If you are still making gains and could make better choices in the kitchen on gym I would personally hold off. It will make keeping continuous positive gains easier once you truly do need to implement a higher dose or different chemicals.
^^^^^^yup, agree
I should also mention i pin sub q and split it 3 x per week.
