Denise Rutkowski
Haven’t seen this topic talked about here yet, and it’s a really interesting look at what superhuman doses of steroids as a woman combined with mental issues and recreational drug use can do.
She was a fierce competitor and loved the sport. Born in Fort Worth, Texas.
Her bodybuilding accomplishments were no small feat: 1988 NPC South Texas - 1st (MW)
1988 NPC Spring City Classic - 1st (HW)
1990 NPC Steel Rose - 1st
1990 World Gym Classic - 1st
1991 NPC Orange County Muscle Classic - 1st (HW & overall)
1991 NPC California State Championships - 1st (HW & overall)
1992 NPC Nationals - 3rd
1993 NPC USA Championships - 1st (HW & overall)
1993 IFBB Jan Tana Classic - 1st
Most notably she took 2nd at the 1993 IFBB Ms. Olympia.
She retired at the end of the same year and began to bounce around to an array of different careers, from Christian Ministry to substance abuse counseling.
Soon after it was reported that she had been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and things continued to go down hill. Frequent run-ins with the law allowed her current photos to be brought back into the mainstream and are very shocking.
She has not undergone any gender reassignment surgeries, and these are purely effects of her previous lifestyle combined with her current one. She is a tale of caution and shows the realistic risks of the sport at that level, but also has a permanent legacy that is inspiring.
Interesting story that could spark awareness.

WoW Damn thats rough ..... Still with anything in life that comes with Big, instant positives/gains there is always a price to pay.
For sure. Usually a negative for every positive. From pharmaceuticals to even food. Pretty sure she was hitting meth pretty hard towards the last picture. That's a rough age 50. Crazy though how mental health usually always coincides with addiction. Learned that from personal experience.
Yep! The majority of drug addicts are just trying to self-medicate whatever issue away. That’s how it often starts even if happening subconsciously.
Hey Smurfdude1234567 sent fr if you have time had a question or two Panda sent me your way, thanks in advance
Easy now. Britney Spears went through the same transformation and didn’t even take PEDs. So let’s not put all the blame on our drug of choice lol
That pic of her in the white lingerie is hot. Idc if her clit was the size of my thumb.
I think Britney is going to serve as the poster child of what a lot of people are going to turn into as they “age out”. We haven’t even seen the start of it and I don’t think the world is prepared for what is to come. Drugs are only a small factor of the conversation when it comes to mental health and everything else. That is crazy about Denise though, holy shit. She was a beauty.
Yep that’s why I put “combined with mental health issues and recreational drug use” in the first paragraph. Definitely not the sole factor, but just an example of a drastic change and how it can happen to anyone.
Lmao!! She prolly could fuck ya with it if she so desired
Honestly in peak competitive mode she didn’t look like she was suffering from much virilization. Not nearly as bad as some of the females I see on RP videos with Dr. Mike or that dude who goes to shows and annoyingly asks everyone “natty or not?”…some of those women look so damn rough.
Those mental health issues and meth/other recreational drugs really did a number on poor Denise.
Careful with the tren yall
Hahaha
Thanks smurf, now I'm bummed out. Got any pics of dogs being kicked to really put the cherry on top?
Lmao this one had me dying
Don’t lie @Sithx66 … We know you would secretly throat-fuck her and use the goatee/pony tail as a double handlebar combo!
If she’s missing teeth I’d consider lmao
LMFAO
