The heritage foundation has been releasing these plans every presidential election for 20 years now. But suddenly this year it's the end of the world. Trump has said he has no part in it nor is he going to enact any of it, the creators of it has said he has no part in it and yet somehow half the country is convinced it's an absolute certainty. Probably because of how hard the media went with the claim.

If a bunch of these people end up in the administration, and some probably will ,then obviously they'll try to advance their goals. I haven't read all 900 pages. Some of it sounds ridiculous. Some of it sounds great. Particularly the stuff about getting rid of the bloat, wasteful spending and making the government more transparent about what they do and where they spend their money. I don't see how anyone could think those are bad things.
But there's never going to be a federal abortion ban and i don't see anything about sending all the black and brown citizens back to their homelands. There is a bunch about sending those who are here illegally, regardless of their skin color, back to their homelands and i'm fine with that too.
Yeah I've heard some of it is ridiculous and some of it is good. I need to check it out for myself though, unlike a lot of folks that just believe in any information that comes around lol. Hope it all works itself out though man cause this country is a mess. I wonder if or when we fully recover. Wishing the best though

That first article sounds like a good thing to me. Our government is bloated, wasteful and half the time redundant. It needs to be put on a serious diet.
I'm not a huge supporter of unions in general. I think at one point they were absolutely needed and have been the cause of some great things. But they've turned into a bloated monster themselves. I've been told too many stories by people i know of the fucked up shit that happens in them and how the shit workers get protected and employers forced to keep them over the years to ever want to join one or allow one at my family business. Collective bargaining is good thing though.
If you can point me to a certain area you want me to read in the second link i'll read that. But that's way too much shit to just comb through.
When and if that happens, we will deal with it and hopefully that would give us reason to unite.

Because he’s not outright mentioning p25 you think it’s not going to happen when it’s literally the transition plan for the Republican Party. He doesn’t have to come out and say that’s what he’s going to do. The Republicans will put it in place and he’ll just signed whatever.
